What are alternatives for controlling adrenaline rush?

Hello Sir, I have Andrealine rush problem, especially during morning hours. I used to take beta blockers for some other problem. They were very helpful in controlling andrealine rush and keeping mind relax. As I am not longer taking beta blockers can you suggest any alternative for andrealine rush problem. Thank you!

I have also started doing yoga recently if this concerns and 2-3 months back I got my blood tests done and found out vitamin B12 level to be low.
