Can I eat onions and black pepper in h pylori
Male | 38
If you possess the H. pylori infection, some signs can be stomach aches, bloating, nausea etc. These symptoms are likely to get worse if you take onions or black pepper since they may irritate the lining of your stomach. It would therefore be advisable for one to temporarily keep off such foods until they undergo treatment for this condition. In order to reduce distress while being treated for H. pylori, it is recommended that you take a mild diet comprising foods that do not cause any harm to your stomach.

What will happen to my body I am on strike for 24 days not eating food and just take 2 sips of cold water twice a day?
Female | 33
If you don't consume food for a month and only take sips of plain water not very often, your body is going to be very weak. There could be lightheadedness when competent thinking and muscles can even become smaller. In addition to being harmful to your organs, this also can be a matter of life and death. Eat properly to remain healthy. Try to take tiny portions of food and drink water many times in the day.

Hello doctor good morning, I'm Rajesh Kumar from West Bengal. Doctor I'm suffering from piles during 15 days I use medicine with help of doctor consultation. I feel very pain on anus area. I nothing understood what I do. At the anus area only pain happened not bleeding aa another thing.
Male | 26
It appears that you are suffering from pain in the anus area. This can be a common sign of piles, also known as hemorrhoids. Piles can be the reason for unpleasant sensations and pain, particularly when passing stool. The main reason for piles is the raised pressure in the blood vessels near the anus. To help with the pain, you can first, soak in hot water baths, apply over-the-counter creams, and, eat high-fiber foods to prevent straining while passing stool. If the pain continues or gets worse, it's time to talk with a gastroenterologist about other treatment options.

When preforming large deep enemas, I was curious if such an enema could flow into the appendix as well as the Ileum? If so would such a thing be harmful?
Female | 25
When performing large deep enemas, the fluid can potentially reach the ileum but is unlikely to flow into the appendix due to its narrow opening. However, doing this procedure at home can be risky. I have an episode of watery diarrhea for 5 days Stool analysis showed only mucus, with no parasites and 0-1 WBC's. I have had my last colonoscopy in September 2023, and it was clear from any lesion, inflammatory bowel disease symptoms or any other clinically significant finding. In 2020 I also had another colonoscopy with some specimens to check for microscopic colitis but the specimens were negative. I need to know what is wrong with me and what is the reason for this diarrhea. Blood test showed no Anemia (apart from my Thalassemia minor) , liver enzymes are normal, lactate dehydrogenase normal, CRP and ESR are normal. I need help . .
Male | 44
A positive result from your last two colonoscopies, showing no inflammation or IBD, is reassuring. Mucus in your stool might be due to irritation. Diarrhea can result from various causes, including infection, certain foods, or stress. Since your test results aren't alarming, try drinking lots of fluids, sticking to a soft diet, and letting your gut rest. If the diarrhea persists, consult your doctor for medical advice.
