Why am I losing weight with poor metabolism?
Not been able to eat properly since last couple of weeks. Have been losing weight significantly. Currently at 66 kg with 182cm height. Guessing poor metabolism and a slight constipation could be the cause.

Seems to me like you're having a problem with food and weight loss. Some possible options could be that your body is not properly digesting food which can lead to weight loss and constipation. Instead of eating large meals, try to have smaller meals more often and add plenty of fiber-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables to your diet. Besides drinking a lot of water, being active can also enhance your metabolism. See a dietitian if the situation doesn't improve.
