Are my neck lumps cancerous after 5-day antibiotics?

posterior cervical lymphadenopathy is written on my file , i have lump on my neck , felt when pressed , i am on antibiotics from 5 days , still its there and not going away . what are chances that its cancerous ?

You lump your neck, and the term "posterior cervical lymphadenopathy" is in your file. It signifies the presence of a swollen lymph node. There can be many causes for this, and infections are the most common ones. But for our safety, we should explore every option including cancer. The doctor should do a thorough check-up because the lump doesn't go away even after antibiotics. They may recommend additional tests like a biopsy to identify the cause. Yet, remember, often it can still be because of non-cancerous reasons.

CRP (C Reactive Protein) Quantitative, Serum-8.6 HsCRP High Sensitivity CRP -7.88 This is my report please explain me what is this

Female | 45

The tests show you have a bit higher CRP level, meaning some inflammation in your body. Infections, chronic issues, or stress can cause it. The high sensitivity CRP test detects lower inflammation levels better. It's important to find the cause with your doctor and make a plan. Rest well, eat healthy foods, and try to reduce stress to help lower inflammation.

I am having red mucus in colour, please consult a doctor

Female | 21

Red mucus is often a sign of bleeding in certain areas of your body, such as the nose, throat, or stomach. If it’s coming from your mouth, it could be related to a lung issue. This might be caused by an infection, irritation, or a more serious condition like pneumonia. It's important to see a doctor for an evaluation. They may run tests such as blood work, X-rays, or a bronchoscopy to identify the cause. Treatment for the bleeding will depend on its source, so it's best to get checked as soon as possible.

Female | 24

Your nosebleed yesterday likely irritated. Dry air and nose picking often trigger nosebleeds. The discomfort today might stem from that irritation. Using a humidifier adds moisture, which can help. Avoid picking your nose too. If issues persist, consult a doctor.

I did lft test on Friday and my globulin level is 3.70 and now Tuesday after 4 days I did again lft test and globulin level is 4 I am so scared it increasing what should I do

Male | 38

A minor rise in your globulin level in the blood profile is not usually a cause of concern. Globulin is a protein in your blood that serves as a defense against infections. The levels of this protein may at times, be affected by factors such as dehydration or infections. No need to panic if you have not noticed any change in your health or you have not developed any unusual symptoms. Consume enough water and a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables. If you observe any new symptoms or if this continues, consult with your doctor for further advice.

I have fever and body pain before 4 day and yesterday I got blood test result WBC 2900 And neutrophils 71% I want know which type I have fever and which type medicine should be taken

Male | 24

You probably have bacteria making you sick. The blood tests found your white blood cells are low. However, your neutrophils, which fight infection, are high. In short, you have an infection. You need antibiotics from the doctor. Rest up. Drink fluids. Take medicine exactly as told. Listen to the doctor's instructions carefully.

I am 23 year old female.. I have continuous bruise on my leg and arm without hitting last 3 year.. I didn't eat any medicine.. so what should I do now?

Female | 23

An occurrence of bruising without any previous history of trauma or injury is a condition that needs attention. You are doing right not to take medicines right away. Bruising without an obvious cause could be due to low platelet count, clotting disorders, or Vitamin deficiencies. The optimal way to find out is through an in-person appointment with a specialist who will draw blood in a lab to diagnose the disease.

I have been diagnosed with swollen lymph nodes size 14×10 mm in abdomen / presence of Necrosis

Female | 50

Growths of lymph nodes in the abdomen can be your body reacting to an infection. The lymph nodes sometimes blow up half their size, 14 x 10 millimeters, and have dead parts called necrosis. You may experience a feeling of pain or pressure in your abdomen. The doctor can treat you with antibiotics or other remedies according to the cause found as treatment.

Sir I have done Elisa for both antibody and antoge at 42 days which means 6 week … it is a protected sex for 5 min … I am anxious … my doctor told no need to worry .. it’s good result … I want ur opinion about that … that’s y I messeged you sir… actually that partner is also hiv negative at 22 days … but my anxiety said that she has hiv she had …

Male | 27

It is good that your ELISA test results at 42 days are negative, and your partner also tested negative at 22 days. Since you have protected sex, the risk of HIV transmission is very low. However, for your peace of mind, you should follow up with your doctor. Consulting a specialist in infectious diseases can help address your anxiety and provide further reassurance.

Few subcentimetric lymph nodes are noted in left axillary region

Female | 45

When the small lymph nodes which are like little bumps show up in the armpit, they could be caused by infections such as a common cold or a cut on your arm. The nodes are part of your body's immune system and help to defend against viruses and bacteria. If the nodes are swelling or you have any discomfort, it would be a wise decision to see a doctor. They can provide suggestions for strengthening your body's resistance.

I'm 21 years old women I've a question today i had a CBC 1 blood test and 3 days back i smoked cigarette will my doctor be able to make out by seeing my blood reports that i smoked ?

Female | 21

Cigarette smoking tends to impact the results of CBC blood tests but they don’t directly reveal it. By increasing your white blood cell count, smoking may indicate signs of inflammation or an infection to a physician. Tell truthfully about your smoking habits when asked by healthcare practitioners so that they can provide appropriate treatment for you.

Sir mera bilirubin lbl ,9.3 he or muja hb e disis ha

Male | 26

A bilirubin level of 9.3 is somewhat elevated. It might be an indication that your liver is not functioning properly. This could lead to jaundice, which is a condition wherein your skin and eyes become yellowish. High-bilirubin conditions may be caused by disorders of the liver or red blood cell problems. After treatment of the liver disease, which is the actual cause of high bilirubin levels, normal bilirubin levels could be achieved.

I am a 15 year old female who has been feeling heavy, achy legs with inactivity for 3 weeks since I arrived back at school. I weigh 115 pounds and have had sensitivity to the cold and purplish blotches that show up on my legs when exposed to extreme temperatures since I was young.

Female | 15

You might have some symptoms of a condition known as Raynaud's phenomenon. This can cause your legs to feel heavy and achy, especially in the cold. The purplish blotches you see when it's cold are also common with Raynaud's. The blood vessels in your body become too sensitive to cold or stress and this is how the condition occurs. It is advisable to y8 wear warm clothes to manage these symptoms.
