Why Do I Have Pts Compail Fever and Weakness?
pts compail fever last 10 days at night time, sever weakness
General Physician
Answered on 11th Sept '24
Feeling feverish for 10 nights in a row is tough. You might get very weak also. There is a probability that this is the result of an infection or a disease-causing the body to have a fever. It's important to take breaks from work, drink lots of water, and eat easily digestible and healthy food like soup. When the fever doesn't go away, it's time to go to the doctor so they can find out what's wrong and give you the right treatment to feel better fast.

Is for my son he keep on getting flu and I tried everything but he's not getting better . What should I do now
Male | 2
The flu is unpleasant - fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, body aches. Your son's immune system seems weak, allowing repeated infections. He needs rest, hydration, nutritious meals, and frequent handwashing. Speak to a doctor about getting him a flu vaccine. It could prevent future illnesses.

For an 8-year-old girl using Waxonil ear drops, place 2-3 drops in the affected ear twice daily. It's best to let her lie down with the ear facing up for a few minutes after applying. Always consult a pediatrician or an ENT specialist for proper guidance and to ensure it's safe for her condition.

My daughter is 5.3 years old. Her weight is 14.4kg and height -110cm. She hardly feels hungry and since more than 1 year her weight has not increased. She just wants to play and while with friends forgets to eat and drink. In fact since 2 months, there's bit white spot in her face. She doesn't listen/ follow any elderly soon. Can say bit stubborn and sometimes if we donot listen to her, she will cry and try to snatch/hit too.
Female | 5
In this case, her eating habits. Over a proper diet and acne-like problems, though can be infections of the milder kind. Quiet time with regular meals and snacks can help. Offering small but attractive portions and ensuring a welcoming eating environment can promote the children's successful nutrition. After you are ready, could you take a step and involve a pediatrician to consider possible links between her behavioral manifestations and diagnostic tests? The method you take to guide her is critical in enabling her to be healthier.

My child has fever since night, more than 100, please suggest medicine for it.
Male | 3.5 month
Your child's fever is concerning. Fevers usually happen when the body fights infections, like colds or flu. To lower fever and improve comfort, give acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Ensure they drink water frequently. Let them rest. Use a light blanket to maintain coolness. However, if the fever doesn't improve or worsen, it's crucial to visit a pediatrician immediately.

Hi. I've a question regarding my niece's skin problem. She is a 7-years old. She has developed red patches of skin on her cheek, chin and around nose. The affected area of her cheek is very dry. I brought her to a doctor who prescribed two creams, mezoderm(betamethasone) and gentamicin-akos which made things far worse. Then at the pharmacy I was advised to use ftorokart(also a cream with triamcinolone) for my niece's face. After a few uses of the cream, I've seen some noticeable improvement in her skin condition since she started to use it. It took the redness out of her nose. But she still has rash and blisters on her face. I took photos of her face in case it might be helpful for you to identify the reason for her skin condition. Here are the photos of hers: https://ibb.co/q9t8bSL https://ibb.co/Q8rqcr1 https://ibb.co/JppswZw https://ibb.co/Hd9LPkZ Would you mind helping us to identify what caused this skin condition?
Female | 7
According to the symptoms and signs described, it appears to be a case of atopic dermatitis which is common among children of the mentioned age. It is a condition where the skin barrier is disturbed and is extremely sensitive to external environmental triggers like cold and dry weather, dust etc. It presents as red dry itchy patches on cheeks, hands and legs sometimes whole body. The above mentioned creams contain topical corticosteroids which are to be used with a great caution under the supervision of Dermatologist. Good barrier repairing creams including emollients with squalene, ceramides etc can help reviving the skin barrier. Steroid sparing drugs can be prescribed to manage the rash. Please consult a qualified Dermatologist and do not use topical corticosteroids without doctor’s advice as it may cause many adverse effects.

What should be the height, weight and head circumference of 6 years 7 month old girl
Female | 6
Some studies show 6-year-olds usually grow 110-120 cm. high, while their weight runs 18-26 kilograms, and after the head circumference is between 50-53 cm. If the kid is exceptionally small or big then one may suspect that it is because of her nutrition, genes, or a growth issue. You should control her food, she should get enough rest, and also move. If you have doubts, refer her to a pediatrician.

Kids often struggle to speak at 3 years old. But, if your child tries and doesn't improve, you should act. This may mean a speech delay. Causes could be hearing issues or development problems. I'd suggest an expert checks your child, like a speech therapist or pediatrician. They'll figure out the best way to boost speech skills.

At two months old, babies should be fed only breastmilk or formula. Cow milk can be too much for their stomachs, resulting in problems such as stomach pains and anaemia. It is important to consult with the pediatrician before making any changes.

Strange bruises show up on child's face out of the blue
Male | Musa
It's normal for kids to wake up with some facial bruises & not even remember how they got there. Most of the time it's because they bumped into something or got hurt while playing. But also, like, if your child is on certain meds or has certain health problems, bruises are more likely. If they don't go away or you get other signs of something weird going on in the child's body seek medical attention from a physician.

My child got vaccinated and got swelling on injected area ..what should i understand by this that vaccination is done properly or not and how should i treat my child to get rid of pain and swelling.
Male | 5
Swelling, and pain at the injection area - this is normal for kids after vaccination. The body responds by building immunity. Cold packs soothe discomfort; acetaminophen helps too. Persistent swelling warrants checking with the doctor. But generally, these reactions indicate the vaccine is working as intended.

A high fever in a small kid can be concerning. Infections frequently cause fevers. Find out if she has other signs like coughing, runny nose, or belly pain too. Give her the proper dose of fever medicine meant for children, for example, acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Ensure she stays hydrated by drinking plenty of liquids. If the fever persists or she seems extremely ill, don't delay - reach out to a pediatrician.

Sometimes babies struggle with digesting mom's milk correctly. Black poop and weakness could signal trouble. Maybe an infection or food intolerance. Try giving smaller, more frequent feedings. If other symptoms show up, seek medical advice. Definitely tell your pediatrician if this issue persists. They can guide next steps.
