Your baby girl of 2.5 months coughs and has thick mucus. Perhaps she­ has a cold or respiratory infection. Offer liquids to ke­ep her hydrated. Cool-mist humidifie­rs can help. Use a nasal suction bulb gently on he­r nose. Seek a pediatrician imme­diately if she has feve­r or breathes hard.
