Why Am I Experiencing Severe Low Back Pain at Night?
Severe low back pain Not movable stage from night
Joint Replacement Surgeon
Answered on 27th May '24
This may occur from overworking your muscles, having a bad posture and getting some diseases. To start feeling better, stretch gently, use ice or heat packs, and try taking nonprescription painkillers. It would be best if you spoke to an orthopedist if improvement doesn't happen within a few days.

27 years old and currently I'm feeling sever left Neck pain which worse during sitting for long periods to read and feel cracking sound when I press my Left neck! I have no family history of CA! My mother once reported to have Increased Thyroid stimulating hormone but it is not significant
Male | 27
In this case, prolonged sitting in one position and repetitive neck movements can serve as the causes. The popping is now attributed to the presence of air bubbles in the joints. It's very nice that you don't have a family background of cancer. If you can, do gentle neck exercises along with stretching. You may also use heat or ice for relief. If the pain still does not go away, you can look for an orthopedist for more help.

Hello, I had Femur Condylar bone fracture on 25-Dec-2023, when I consult an orthopaedic specialist he suggested it can be cured with Synthetic bandage. However all seems to be good till 45 days no pain and everything looks good at the knee but after 45 days when we opened the bandage they we found one of the bone piece not set properly . But there no pain. And even I can stand and gold my knee upto 90 degrees. My question is 1) what can be done to set this 2) what happens if the leave that like this. 3) Can this be treated again without surgery 4) I had consulted multiple orthopaedic specialists and each of them suggesting different opinions.

As a medical expert, the first advice to you is to consult a reputable orthopaedic surgeon for the correct diagnosis and treatment plan for your femur condylar bone fracture. For over a year now I have had something that sicks out at the bottom of my ribcage on the left. It fells like the end of a rib sticking out and hurts when being pushed on. I did lose quite a lot of weight a year and a half ago and it's ever since then that I have noticed it. It is visibly sticking out when I am just standing normally.

You might have costochondritis. This is when the cartilage in your ribs gets inflamed, which usually causes pain and tenderness. It may be related to weight loss and sometimes comes on after an illness. To help relieve the pain, you can do some gentle stretching, use heat packs, or take over-the-counter painkillers such as ibuprofen.

Did you consult with neurologist or orthopedist? If not then please do that. They can diagnose the underlying cause of the sciatica and provide appropriate treatment.
