Can sex cause sperm retention post urinary stone surgery?
Sir, I had a surgery for a urinary stone through Durbin 10 days ago. Today, during sex, I felt sperm but it did not come out of the penis. Sir, is this a temporary problem due to the medicine?

What you are experiencing may be a case of retrograde ejaculation. It can be caused by the medications which you are taking after the surgery. The sperm goes back to the bladder instead of coming out. Usually, it is not dangerous and temporary. If it persists or you are concerned, it is better to consult your urologist.

I'm always having urine infection after ejaculating, its been more than 10 years. I took ciproxcin mostly to treat it.
Male | 56
Problems, for example, a burning pain during urination or discomfort in the pelvic region can be caused by various reasons, including infections or neurological disorders. Using just ciprofloxacin which is an antibiotic may lead to patients' resistance to it, and for this reason, it is crucial to come up with different treatments. I recommend a professional medical consultation for a comprehensive check-up. The urologist can perform the required tests and determine the issues that are plaguing you and offer you an ideal solution which can involve modifications in the way you lead your life, change of diet, or intake of other drugs.

I have a small painless lump felt on my left testicle. I have not been experiencing any drawbacks since detecting it but I'm afraid it might be cancer. When I press it up on the skin I can see that it's clear white in colour.
Male | 13
Most of these lumps are not dangerous and aren't cancerous. However, you should see a urologist immediately if you notice anything strange. Painless testicle lumps can arise from cysts or infections that cause swelling. While the clear white color may be good news, still get a professional opinion.

After doing sex going for urine after every 2 minutes
Female | 40
You may be having Cystitis or simply UTI, which is a common condition characterized by frequent urination after sex. This is possibly attributed to the creation of the flow of urination quickly enough by forcing the kidneys to eliminate waste after sex. The bladder may become considerably more sensitive than typical. With this being the possible reason, you can relieve yourself of frequent urination during sex: urine, first, before the sex, and after it, drink lots of water to be sure you are drinking enough. If it persists, the best option is to consult a urologist.

You seem to have symptoms of a urinary tract infection (UTI). This causes pain when peeing. You might also need to urinate frequently. Your urine may look cloudy or smell unusual. Drinking lots of water and not holding in your urine can help. Sometimes antibiotics are required from a urologist to get rid of the infection. It's crucial to address a UTI promptly to feel better fast.

what can cause frequent day and night and also very painful urination?
Male | 59
Acute pain and frequent urination during the day and night can be symptoms of urinary tract infections (UTIs) in a person. The symptoms of a bladder infection include frequent urination, urgency, a burning sensation during urination, and cloudy or pinkish urine. The urinary system having harmful bacteria is the most common reason for UTIs. A urologist's prescription of antibiotics and a lot of water intake are the sure ways to remove the infection.

Sir, I have not having prostate size 96 gm.my pas level is10.7.no urinary abnormalities.can I go for turp.
Male | 56
With the information you’ve given me about your prostate size and PSA level, you might have symptoms from an enlarged prostate. This can make you need to pee a lot or feel like you can’t empty your bladder all the way. If you’re thinking about getting TURP (Transurethral Resection of the Prostate), it’s a common surgery that helps with these problems. You should talk to a urologist about whether or not this would be a good choice for you.

I had a burning sensation while urinating on Tuesday. I went to the hospital and was prescribed Bactrim and Pyridium 200mg. On Wednesday, I still felt a bit of discomfort when urinating but no urgency. However, today, Thursday, I feel no pain but now I have felt urgency all day. I have taken all 6 Pyridium pills and 5 Bactrim pills, so I shouldn't have symptoms by now but I still do and I am concerned.
Female | 19
Consult a urologist about your urinary urgency. It could be a UTI that didn't respond to the Bactrim and Pyridium.

I feel minor pain in penis when i do sex
Male | 24
To experience a bit of pain in the penis when having sex is nothing uncommon, particularly during periods of insufficient lubrication. Sometimes, the pain is due to the foreskin being too tight or it is a result of infection. You can make sure you are properly lubricated, and in case you are uncircumcised, you can carefully pull back your foreskin. If pain persists, you need to consult a urologist for more advice.

Premature PE during exam why happen during stress ????
Male | 45
PE can occur during stressful periods or times of nerviness such as an examination. This is due to the fact that stress increases muscle tension and reduces concentration, creating challenges in controlling ejaculation. An experienced urologist or sexologist should be approached for the right diagnosis and treatment.

This could result from several factors, such as mild irritation or a urinary tract issue, which might not necessarily cause pain. Staying hydrated is beneficial and can often help alleviate discomfort. If you experience any changes, such as increased urgency or other symptoms in the future, it’s advisable to consult a urologist for a thorough evaluation. They can provide accurate insights and appropriate treatment tailored to your needs, ensuring your comfort and well-being.

It seems you're experiencing a curvature in your penis, which can be a common concern. This bending may result from various factors, including Peyronie's disease, injury, or tissue changes. While mild curvature often does not require treatment, if you notice pain or changes in function, it’s advisable to seek professional advice. A urologist can assess your situation and suggest options such as medication or therapy, if needed. Remember, you’re not alone in this, and many men experience similar issues.

When one has a UTI, they might experience pain or a burning sensation during urination. It occurs when bacteria get into the bladder or urethra and multiply. Make sure to keep taking the prescribed antibiotics until they are finished even if you start feeling better. Also, ensure that you drink a lot of water to drive out these germs from your body. If the signs continue after some days, visit a urologist for a further checkup.
