While the brown discharge and cramping that you may pass on after unprotected sex could be a sign of implantation bleeding, it will only occur within the period of the expected period. But, it can be a manifestation of other diseases like infectious diseases. One must consult a gynecologist for diagnostic purposes.

The results show you may have a small growth called a fibroid in your uterus. This is not cancer. But it can cause heavy periods or pain in your lower belly. The results also show some cysts on both ovaries. This is called polycystic ovaries. With this condition, your periods may be irregular or you may have trouble getting pregnant. To understand better, you should take a urine test and visit a gynecologist. With proper care from your doctor, you can manage these issues well.

My daughter had unprotected sex yesterday at noon and took an Unwanted 72 pill today at noon and just after taking the pill in her boyfriend's house, they had unprotected sex again. What are her chances of getting pregnant and how can she avoid pregnancy now? Please note that her periods are irregular and very delayed i.e. in a cycle of 3-4 months and we visited a doctor for that. Her last period was in mid December.
Female | 21
The pill reduces the chances of pregnancy, but it is not 100% effective. SSo there is still a risk of pregnancy. Its difficult to determine the timing of ovulation and fertility. please condult your doctor for evaluation.

I have missed my period .
Female | 20
It is a common thing for girls to skip their periods now and then. There can be many reasons for this; it might be due to stress, weight fluctuations, or even hormonal imbalances during the teenage period. Other causes are thyroid problems or polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). If you are sexually active, pregnancy may also be the reason. If the doctor is unsure, take a pregnancy test or talk to a parent or guardian about visiting a gynecologist to be sure.

I am 23 years old women I have a white mark on side of tha vaginal opening skin there is no itching no pain in it
Female | 23
This might be a common condition known as Fordyce spots. These are small, completely harmless spots that can come up in genital areas. They are typically painless and not itchy. Fordyce spots are just oil glands and are not a cause for concern. If you're worried, it's always a good idea to chat with a gynecologist. Just keep it under observation and if anything changes or you have any new symptoms, get it checked out.

If you are not getting your period, several reasons might contribute to stress, change in weight, or hormonal imbalance. This condition may be regular, but it should not be treated lightly. To decrease the worries that exist at home, you can seek advice from a local health center or a doctor. They will discuss your condition thoroughly and can perform the proper tests. No need to be anxious; you will feel better with the help of a specialist.

Hello. If there has been a cryptic pregnancy can it be identified with absolute certainty through ultrasound scan at 14 weeks after intercourse. There were no signs of pregnancy. 3 periods were happened and seemed to be normal . A urine pregnancy test is done at the end of 2nd month showed clear negative. I want to confirm 100 percent.
Female | 20
In cases of cryptic pregnancies, where signs are minimal, ultrasound can often confirm pregnancy by 14 weeks. However, given your regular menstrual cycles and negative urine test, it’s unlikely that pregnancy is present. If you have concerns, consider a blood test for heightened accuracy. Consulting a gynecologist is always wise for personalized insights and guidance. They can provide reassurance and, if necessary, further evaluations to address your situation.

I would suggest that you visit a gynecologist for irregular periods and morning sickness. They can diagnose your condition and offer a relevant medicine or other treatment. The Hempushpa may or may not work properly and even to the extreme side it can have potential side effects.

Hi, I want to know adnexal cyst can be treated with surgery only or can it be resolved with any medicine or by its own without treatment. Dr. Has given voltrel, cefixim and trypsin tablets for 5 days and CA- 125 test is been awaited. Pls suggest advice.
Female | 16
Adnexal cysts are sacs filled with fluid. They're located close to the ovaries. Some cause pelvic pain, bloating. Others don't show any signs. Surgery may remove big or painful cysts. But many small ones go away without treatment. Medicines like yours might ease symptoms. Your gynecologist will guide you based on your situation. It's wise to await the CA-125 test results to learn more.

Kya period ke baad bhi pregnant ho sakte hai
Female | 30
Yes, it is possible to get pregnant after your period. During the menstrual cycle, an egg is released, and if it meets sperm, fertilization can occur. So, even after the period ends, there are days when the egg can still be fertilized, leading to pregnancy. If you have more concerns consult a gynecologist.

Female | 38
You should see a gynecologist around 12-14 weeks of pregnancy. At this stage, they can check the baby's growth, and heartbeat, and do some important tests. The best way to ensure a healthy pregnancy is to start prenatal care early. If you have any concerns or notice any symptoms like severe vomiting, bleeding, or abdominal pain before that time, please contact the doctor right away.

Hello doc, I want to ask I have greenish discharge a little bit of bad smell but no itching or swollen
Female | 27
You may have a vaginal infection. The signs of infection such as greenish discharge and bad smell can be quite evident. Address this even if there is no feeling of itchiness or swelling. It may be the result of a bacterial imbalance or other reasons. Drinking plenty of water, choosing cotton underwear, and not using scented products might help. However, it is preferable to consult a gynecologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Pelvic pain and frequent urination for the past 4-5 hours
Female | 24
Urine infections and bladder troubles often cause pelvic pain and frequent urination. Common germs invade urinary tract parts, like the bladder or kidneys, sparking UTI. But irritants -- foods, drinks -- may also disturb the bladder, leading to the same issues. Hydrating well and dodging irritants helps relieve symptoms. However, see doctor for proper assessment and cure.

You should make a gynecologist appointment for diagnosis and treatment. The symptoms you experienced could well be a sign of pregnancy or infection. It is very important not to self-diagnose or self-medicate because it can result in the occurrence of more complex problems.

Please help me.11-12 days ago i took mifepristone. 24 hours later 800mcg misoprostol. And then 4 more doses of 400mcg misoprostol in 3 hours interval. after that, the next morning when i got up the embryonic sac with the embryo inside it came out of me without a single drop of blood. Only white fluids. I was 12 weeks pregnant. The embryo left me, sadly other pregnancy tissues and placenta did not. I did not bleed at all, not even a single drop of blood came out of me before or after the sac came out. After that, i waited and i am still waiting, no sign of blood. My placenta did not come out at all. No sign of any blood clots too. And no bleeding happened too. It has been 8 days today, since the embryo with the sac passed out of me. Still i did not bleed.I saw in google post partum hemorrhage happens due to retained placenta and people die if this is not treated. Placenta and pregnancy tissues did not come out. And did not bleed at all. Has anyone experienced this? I took more doses of misoprostol to make the placenta come out but they did not work at all. No sign of a single drop of blood still. Yesterday i touched my cervix and noticed that it is not dilated. Not even 1cm. Will exercises and more other things women do before labour for cervix dilation work for me? I am confused so much because my embryo came out, without embryo but with placenta inside, will my cervix dilation exercises work? Can anyone please answer what they think about this. I am overthinking so much. If anything similar like my condition happened with anyone, did the placenta and other pregnancy tissues come out from you after waiting? Is there anyone who waited naturally and become successful making the placenta out? It has been 8 days so i am worried. i want to wait 1 or 2 months more. I want to see if my cervix dilates though my embryo passed. I have read in google. that during menstrual period the cervix dilates very less. Only the blood can pass then. So here is another question i need to know the answer for, if i start bleeding after some days, is there any chance that my cervix will dilate very much then and the placenta will come out? Please tell me if anyone has experienced the same. Was waiting worth for anybody?
Female | 19
It's understandable to feel anxious after your experience. Retained placenta can occur, and while some women may pass it naturally over time, it's essential to monitor your symptoms closely. If you notice any new symptoms like increased pain, fever, or persistent absence of bleeding, please seek medical attention promptly. Exercises may not be effective since dilation is often linked to hormonal changes rather than manual techniques. It’s best to consult with your healthcare provider for appropriate guidance and to discuss possible next steps for your health.

My baby has been born still birth last week through normal delivery with genetic abnormalities. So when should I plan for next pregnancy to get a healthy baby?
Female | 24
You must allow your body and soul the time necessary to heal and get back to normal. Doctors often tell women to wait 18-24 months after they're done with the first baby to lower the chances of complications in the second pregnancy. At this point, your body has a chance to recover fully. Make sure you are in good health and see your gynecologist regularly so that when you decide to have another child.

My wife is 44 years old and she gets her this month period very early but its not getting over now. its almost 10 days now and she is still getting her period coming. It has decreases compared to the first five days.
Female | 44
This can be a result of shifts in hormonal levels. The main symptom is bleeding for a period longer than 7 days which is the case of menorrhagia. Causes can be stress, changes in weight, or other health issues. Emphasize to her the importance of getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, and eating healthy foods. If this keeps happening, visit a gynecologist for advice.
