If a girl has sex before her expected period and then it comes on, she is likely not pregnant. Brown discharge before period may indicate implantation bleeding . Wait for missed period and take a pregnancy test .. If positive, consult your GYNECOLOGIST for further advice. 

High levels are normal in pregnancy, but if they are too high, check with gynaecologist for infections or inflammation

Consuming asafoetida, even in pomegranate seed size, is generally safe during pregnancy. It's a little bit impossible to miscarry this one. In case you feel strange such as having intense belly pains, a lot of blood including stains, or giddiness, you must seek help from your health doctor. Seek peace and avoid being too anxious.
