Don’t freak out if you accidentally swallow a little piece of fingernail. It’s not a big deal for your body – it can handle stuff like that. If it’s tiny, it’ll probably go through without causing any problems. Drink lots of water though – this will help it move along easily. And if you start hurting anywhere or feeling sick or notice anything strange then definitely talk to a gastroenterologist.

I'm suffering from uric acid. I'm have pain in hole abdominal and right leg fingers pinching and leg pain and I'm feeling so tired

Abdominal pain is not generally caused by uric acid. Leg pain, finger pinching, and fatigue could have various causes unrelated to uric acid levels. If you are suffering from a long time, you should visit a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Overeating can cause your stomach to feel uncomfortable, which is called indigestion. Some of these symptoms can be caused by eating fatty foods like burgers and fries, as well as drinking alcohol on an empty stomach. To feel better, if you want drink water, eat light foods, and rest.

I am 21 and I have this sharp pain in the both sides of my lower stomach, just below my ribs,it comes when I take a deep breath or talk loudly or make sharp sudden movements

Judging from the information you have shared, there are chances of you having lower abdomen pain caused by diaphragmatic strain or inflammation. It is necessary to seek medical assistance, such as a gastroenterologist or a GP doctor.

Dealing with not feeling all empty after going to the bathroom and tummy troubles, I get it. Irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS for short, commonly brings these issues. It's a lasting condition needing ongoing care. Cutting out things that trigger it like dairy, spicy eats, and caffeinated drinks might provide relief. Staying active regularly also helps manage symptoms. Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids and de-stress, as these can worsen IBS.
