What should I do about stuck stool after blood?
I found blood in stool 3 times. It happened around December of 2024. Now I'm feeling like the stool isn't coming out. It's stuck in the anus. Even if I poop in the morning i still feel like there's more stool stuck. What should I do?

Blood in stool can arise from various causes, such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or digestive issues. The sensation of stool remaining can indicate constipation or a blockage. To alleviate discomfort, ensure you stay hydrated, eat fiber-rich foods, and consider gentle physical activity. Over-the-counter laxatives might help, but it's best to avoid them without professional guidance. Since you've experienced blood and discomfort, please consult a gastroenterologist for an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.

I am male suffer from jaundice hepatitis A can i kiss or give oral sex to my partner
Male | 19
It would be better if you avoided mouth-to-mouth and oral sex with your partner for the moment. Viruses like hepatitis A are passed on from person to person through bodily fluids. The health of your liver would improve if you get rest, besides sticking to a diet of nourishing, healthy foods, and overloading on water. The body takes time to regenerate and heal.

You’re having a tough time with chronic constipation, weight loss, depression, anxiety, and nervousness. These symptoms may be related. Being constipated all the time can make you feel low and edgy, plus it may affect your weight. Ensure you have plenty of fluids such as water and eat foods that are high in fiber so that you can keep regular. I'm 19 years old and experiencing pain while swallowing
Male | 19
Many factors can lead to discomfort while swallowing, such as throat infections, allergic reactions, or irritation from spicy foods. Some of the most common symptoms could be a feeling of soreness, a scratchy feeling, or difficulty in swallowing. Hydration and consumption of smooth, soft foods can also help to reduce the irritation. If the pain does not subside and particularly if events like fever, severe pain, or shortness of breath follow, then it’s important to immediately consult a gastroenterologist. The healthcare worker will find out the root cause and offer you the best suitable treatment.

Months ago I had a Hemarroidoctomy surgery after 1 month of my surgery I went to doctor for check up and they put Anoscope inside my anus it was very painful and I can't describe that pain after that check doctor said everything is normal but just you have mouth ulcers like ulcer on your wound area. Next day while bowl movement i saw some blood i was very scared and doctor told me that we need to apply some kinda cream on that area so I visited 3 times for that cream applying thing it was very painful still I'm scared.
Male | 24
Bleeding during bowel movements can occur post-surgery, often due to irritation or minor healing issues. The ulcers noted may indicate sensitive areas that need time to heal. Painful sensations when applying cream are common, but it's important to follow your doctor's recommendations for treatment. Keeping the area clean and applying prescribed ointments can aid recovery. If discomfort or bleeding persists, I encourage you to reconnect with your gastroenterologist to ensure everything is healing properly.

Female | 42
If you suddenly feel nauseous, there are several reasons for this. It could be that what you ate doesn’t sit well with your stomach, you have a stomach bug or it’s due to stress. Take small sips of water often not to become dehydrated and try eating plain things such as crackers or toast. See a gastroenterologist immediately if vomiting continues.

It appears that you may have gastritis. Gastritis leads to nausea and pain in the stomach. Symptoms may involve feeling sick in your stomach or having discomfort in your belly. This can be brought on by spicy or acidic foods, stress or certain drugs. Try eating less food more often, staying away from things that cause problems, and finding ways of managing stress. You must speak with a gastroenterologist who will be able to give you the right diagnosis as well as the treatment plan needed for your recovery process.

The symptoms you listed, such as bloating, nausea, constipation, early fullness, harsh belly pain, and weight loss, can be due to what is called Eosinophilic Gastroenteritis. This shows that your gut has too many white blood cells. So, this is the reason to look for a gastroenterologist and receive the appropriate treatment.

After childbirth, some mothers can undergo stomach pain problems due to uterine contractions or it may be due to the changes in the uterus. This is a process that can naturally occur as your body recovers. It is important to rest, drink enough water, and apply heating pads for comfort. However, if the pain worsens or you have other symptoms like fever, bleeding, or unusual discharge, check in with a gastroenterologist.

I have a pain in the lower right side of my stomach. It feels palpable. It's been a day. Does it indicate any major problem?
Male | 36
The pain if it is stretched can be caused by different reasons like gas, constipation, or even the inflammation of a small infection. Sometimes, the pain can last for one or two days and then disappear on its own. However, if the pain becomes more severe, or you experience other symptoms such as fever or vomiting, consult a gastroenterologist for further instructions.
