- Immediately after operation:
- You will be mandated to wear a medical-grade garment every day for 4 to 8 weeks to reduce swelling. Depending on the invasiveness of your Tummy tuck surgery, you might have to wear a medical-grade compression garment or regular Spanx garment for 6 weeks or longer.
- In this time you can also wear a loose dress, sweatpants, or a baggy shirt.
- Six to Eight Weeks Post-Op:
- Once your doctor suggests that you no longer need to wear compression garments, you will have to wear comfortable clothing for the next few weeks. Easy to wear and remove clothes that are soft on touch. Such as yoga pants, sweatpants, a zip-up sweater, drawstring pants, button up top, or skirts.
- you may go down by a size or two after fully recovering from tummy tuck surgery and may find that your previous clothes don't fit.

Can i get a nose job at 14?
Female | 14
It is usually not recommended to get nose job at 14. It is advisable to wait until you have got the physical maturity. Thus, most surgeons recommend having a rhinoplasty in your late teens or early 20s. But still I advise consulting a reputed plastic surgeon in person for proper evaluation and assessment of your individual condition.

I have armpit fat on both sides so what to do about it
Female | 26
Our bodies store extra energy in fat pockets. Armpit fat is normal. More body fat means more fat everywhere, including armpits. Bodies differ; that's okay. Eating well, and exercising regularly can reduce overall fat, and promote health.

Signs of fluffing after bbl?
Female | 42
Fluffing is the time after a BBL, where transferred fat settles and makes its way into the surrounding tissue. During this time, the buttocks become less hard and feel more natural to touch compared with seven days after surgery. The shape may also seem more rounded and distinct as swelling ebbs and the fat enlarges slightly. There is usually an enhancement in shape and smoothness of the buttocks region. Regular follow-ups with your surgeon are important to monitor these changes and ensure the proper healing of wounds.

Greetings sir my daughter is four years old she was some what black with your suggestion I want her for skin whitening treatment which one is permanent for her chemical peel or Laser treatment please suggest me sir
Female | 4
Neither of these treatments is recommended for children under the age of 18. Chemical peels and laser treatments are not permanent skin whitening treatments. These treatments can help to reduce the appearance of dark spots, but they will not permanently lighten the skin.

I think i am suffering from man boobs gyno but not sure that it's chest fat or gyno but can't go for surgery and can't visit person tell me exercise to reduce and the food diet should not increase more and tell me when will it be normal as it's not permanent i searched and even ready to share images
Male | 17
If you think you have gynecomastia (man boobs), but can't go for surgery or visit a doctor, focus on chest exercises like push-ups and bench presses. Avoid high-fat foods and sugary drinks; eat lean proteins, vegetables, and whole grains. Gynecomastia might improve with exercise and a good diet, but it's best to consult an endocrinologist for proper diagnosis and advice.

After tummy tuck you are provided with a specialised medical grade garment which has to be worn for a few months. You do not need any other material. This garment helps in maintaining shape, decreasing pain, preventing fluid collection under stitch line of tummy tuck.

I did eye bag removal surgery my one eye is still small the other one is open my one eye still num and wired felling it's been 17 days will it be OK
Female | 53
It's common to have concerns about post-surgery changes with eye bag removal. The eyes may appear different initially. Feeling numb or odd sensations in one eye after 17 days is normal. This occurs due to swelling or nerve responses. Be patient as it will likely improve over time. However, if you have persistent worries, consult your plastic surgeon for guidance.

Tip of nose still swollen 1 year after rhinoplasty, what to do?
Female | 28
Experiencing some residual swelling at the tip of the nose one year after rhinoplasty can be normal in certain cases. While the majority of swelling typically subsides within the first few months following the procedure, it's not uncommon for minor swelling to persist, particularly in the tip area, for a longer period of time.
Several factors can contribute to the persistence of swelling at the tip of the nose after one year such as Skin thickness, Surgical technique used, etc. If you're experiencing persistent swelling at the tip of your nose one year after rhinoplasty, it's recommended to consult with your surgeon for an evaluation. They will be able to assess your condition, determine the cause of the swelling, and provide appropriate guidance. In the meantime, here are a few things you can consider:
- Follow-up appointment: Schedule a follow-up appointment with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and have a thorough examination. They will be able to determine if the swelling is a normal part of the healing process or if it requires further intervention.
- Be patient: Swelling after rhinoplasty can take a significant amount of time to completely resolve. It's not uncommon for residual swelling to persist for up to a year or even longer in some cases. Allow your body ample time to heal, as the final results of rhinoplasty can take several months to become fully apparent.
- Avoid trauma: Take care to protect your nose from any trauma or injury during the healing process. Even minor accidents can cause additional swelling or affect the final outcome of your rhinoplasty.
- Follow post-operative instructions: Ensure that you are following all post-operative instructions provided by your surgeon. This may include specific care for managing swelling, such as avoiding strenuous activities, refraining from excessive sun exposure, and avoiding certain medications that can increase swelling.
- Massage: Your surgeon may recommend gentle massage techniques to help reduce swelling at the tip of the nose. However, it's crucial to follow their specific instructions, as improper techniques or excessive force can have adverse effects.
- Consider corticosteroid injections: In some cases, your surgeon may recommend corticosteroid injections to help reduce persistent swelling. These injections can help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
Remember, the advice provided here is general, and it's important to consult with your surgeon for personalized guidance based on your unique situation.

Blocked nose 6 months after rhinoplasty, what to do?
Female | 35
Experiencing a blocked nose six months after rhinoplasty can be normal in some cases, but it's essential to consult with your surgeon for a proper evaluation. While the majority of swelling and healing typically occur within the first few months following rhinoplasty, it's possible for residual swelling to persist for a longer period, especially in the nasal passages. Residual swelling, Scar tissue formation, Nasal valve collapse can be the reasons for blocked nose at this stage.
If you're experiencing a blocked nose six months after rhinoplasty, it's important to consult with your surgeon or an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat specialist) to determine the cause and appropriate course of action. They will be able to evaluate your situation and provide you with personalized advice based on your specific circumstances. In the meantime, here are a few general suggestions that may help:
- Follow post-operative instructions: Review the instructions provided by your surgeon after the rhinoplasty and ensure that you are following them correctly. This may include nasal sprays, saline rinses, or other prescribed medications.
- Nasal irrigation: Consider using a saline nasal rinse or a neti pot to help flush out any mucus or debris from your nasal passages. This can help alleviate congestion and keep your nose clear.
- Humidify the air: Dry air can exacerbate nasal congestion. Using a humidifier in your living space or bedroom can add moisture to the air, reducing the likelihood of a blocked nose.
- Avoid irritants: Minimize exposure to irritants such as cigarette smoke, strong chemical odors, and pollutants. These can further inflame the nasal passages and contribute to congestion.
- Elevate your head during sleep: Keeping your head elevated while sleeping can help reduce nasal congestion. Try using an extra pillow or consider using a wedge pillow specifically designed for this purpose.
- Avoid blowing your nose forcefully: Blowing your nose too hard can potentially disrupt the healing process and worsen congestion. Instead, gently blow your nose with one nostril at a time or use a saline nasal spray to help clear your nasal passages.
Remember, these are general suggestions, and it's essential to seek professional medical advice for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

The discomfort might come from your previous Gynecomastia surgery. One side of the chest could have pain because of inflammation or collection of fluids. It would be best if you saw a doctor about this who can advise on what treatment may be needed and any further tests that need doing.
