You may notice vaginal discharge, which is typically white and normal for many women. This discharge helps keep the vagina clean and moist. However, if there's a change in color or smell, or if you experience itching and irritation, it could indicate an infection. It's important to consult a gynecologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I had unprotected sex on 13april, 2024 and took ipill within 1hr. My last period date was 22march and mensuration cycle is 24days but yet not getting my periods . But yesterday also I had an unprotected sex so should I repeat ipill again? Please suggest And how many day will i get my periods
Female | 30
After taking emergency contraception like the iPill, irregular periods are typical. Potential symptoms include nausea, headaches, and menstrual cycle changes. Stress or hormone imbalances can also postpone your period. Taking another iPill immediately is inadvisable. Allow your body time to adjust. Your period should arrive within the next few weeks. If concerned, consider taking a pregnancy test.

Please I have an issue with my ear. I discovered that I couldn't hear clearly again. On checking by a relative, it was discovered that there are lots of waxes which was cleaned with cotton bud. Unfortunately, I couldn't still hear well as there's a continuous sound from the ear (like a continuous sound). A drop of baby oil was applied to soften any wax still contained internally but no success yet. I don't know what I should do next. Expecting your recommendations. Thanks.

Your description makes me think you just got a blockage due to your excessive earwax. I recommend you book an appointment with an ENT specialist. Consulting them for your hearing-related problems is an important step to take to derive a proper solution.

Feeling worried after unprotected sex is normal. Anxiety is common in this situation. Emergency contraceptives like the 'i-pill' are most effective within 72 hours. Side effects like nausea or dizziness may occur but usually pass quickly. If you're unsure, taking the pill can help prevent pregnancy.

In case you have skipped your periods for two months and your pregnancy test reads positive, then it becomes diagnosable that you are pregnant. The physician needs to go to a gynecologist for him to receive proper prenatal care and referrals.

Some people may experience changes in their periods after stopping birth control. Their cycles may become irregular. This happens as their bodies adjust to hormone changes. Irregular bleeding, spotting, or changes in flow could occur. To help regulate periods, it's beneficial to exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet. If concerned, or if symptoms persist, it's wise to consult a gynecologist for personalized advice.

26 Female 1 kid (6)- 1 pregnancy, fairly healthy, exercise regularly, don’t drink, eat right- intense period pain and pain that last all the time in lower back, feel like string between belly button and pee spot, extensive bloating, huge blood clots.. no doctor, can barely move around presently.. they told me the last time I went to the ER 6 months ago when I thought my uterus was falling out that nothing was wrong- I don’t want to go if no one else sees a reason to go? I don’t know what to do but I don’t know how much longer I can do this
Female | 26
Based on what you’ve said, there might be a problem with your reproductive system. Severe period pain, backaches, bloating, and passing clots can be signs of conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids. These may match what you’re going through and they can also cause a lot of discomfort. You should see a gynecologist so that they can check you out properly and make sure that they know what it is. They might offer treatments like managing the pain, using hormones or in some cases, surgery may even be necessary.

Female | 19
It seems like you are facing heavy bleeding during your period. This may occur for myriad reasons like hormonal imbalances, thyroid problems, or polycystic ovary syndrome. Your gynecologist will have prescribed the tablets that would help you to cope with your cycle, but if they are not effective, it is crucial to keep up with them. They might recommend more testing or changing the existing treatment plan to correct the core problem if there is one.

You might be suffering from a yeast infection. Along with swimming pools, warm and humid places can be the ideal environment for yeast to develop. Some of the symptoms are itching and irritation. Avoid clothing that is too tight and scented products. Put on cotton underwear. You can take a shortcut, which is an over-the-counter yeast infection cream. If it is not better, it's the right time to seek advice from a gynecologist.

Realize leg pain, weak muscles, more appetite, and the absence of menses among different medical problems, not just pregnancy. Stress, tiredness, bad or poor quality of food, and hormonal disorders are the common reasons for these symptoms. If they worsen, you should book an appointment with a gynecologist to be diagnosed and treated properly.

Patient name Khadija Bibi and 32 weeks pregnant. Nowadays heavy pain around lower abdomen. Please suggest medication.
Female | 35
You are suffering from a sharp pain in your lower abdomen during your 32nd week of pregnancy. This pain may be associated with something called round ligament pain, which is common in pregnancy because your body is changing your baby to accommodate your growing baby. To soothe the pain, you can try taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) as it is safe during pregnancy and resting in a comfortable position. Make sure to drink a lot of water and avoid lifting heavy things. If the pain continues or worsens, it is important to contact your gynecologist for further evaluation and advice.

I had protected sex on February 8 and I took the i-pill. I got withdrawal bleeding after 5 days. Then I had protected sex on Feb 25 and also took the i-pill. But didn't get withdrawal bleeding till now.. Is it because I get pregnant?
Female | 22
The emergency contraceptive pill can disrupt menstrual cycles, resulting in delayed or missed periods. However, this does not definitively indicate pregnancy. Stress and hormonal fluctuations can also contribute to such irregularities. If concerns persist, considering a pregnancy test may provide reassurance. It's important to note that these pills serve as emergency measures and should not be relied upon excessively.

Irregular period need to discuss
Female | 41
Irregular periods have symptoms of missed periods, like periods coming very often and lasting too long. Hormonal imbalances, stress, weight fluctuations, or health issues can cause this. Tracking periods on a calendar and consulting a gynecologist helps identify the reason and suitable treatment plan.
