Frequent vomiting, especially with white foam, can indicate an upset stomach or irritation. This may be due to various reasons, including a viral infection, food intolerance, or dehydration. It's important to stay hydrated by sipping water or clear fluids. Rest is also essential for recovery. As she hasn’t eaten, introducing bland foods like toast or crackers once she's able may help. However, if vomiting persists, or if she develops other symptoms like fever or severe pain, please consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation.

I’m 27 y/o already married for 8 months. Yesterday I go to private clinic and did an abdominal ultrasound. But the doctor did not explained to me detail about the result of my scan. I do have picture of my scan. Can you please help me explain result of my scan? Thank you in advanced

Trying to treat this with one of the diseases rather than a hormonal shift or malnutrition is just one of the issues that come to make us fall ill. That's just a small part of what you can do to assist a healthcare professional in evaluating your health. They can provide the necessary information about your health status and can also guide you in the decision-making process to find a solution to your medical issue. I should be amiss if I helped you answer everything and did not stress the importance of your gastroenterologist approval of the solutions. If you want to discuss this with your doctor after the appointment, you do not have to wait for an answer. You have the right to healthcare and, in this matter, jockeying with a skilled liar remains the last resort.

I'm having right side abdominal pain , stool quantity and quality is changed excessive gas And appetite is not as usual
Female | 25
Having pain in the right part of your abdomen, plus suffering from diarrhea and having a lesser appetite and food preferences may be truly alarming to the person. These symptoms could be from different sources, of which, digestive issues like irritable bowel syndrome or diet changes are among the most prominent. For reducing your pain, the advice is: to drink plenty of water, eat a properly balanced diet, and in addition, increase fiber gradually, as it supports digestion. You should consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment advice.

Dear Doctor, From last 10-15 days I am having upset stomach with cramps and gas build up, it seems the stomach has become hard and full and despite of having light foods my stomach gets upset and have to visit the washroom quite frequently, the stool is not watery but semi liquid, I'm also taking probiotics like curd and Rinifol Capsules but also it doesn't help much and have taken the full course (5 days) of antibiotics like Zenflox OZ but didn't get much of relief. I would request you to please suggest me good medicines for the same. Thanks and Regards
Male | 41
Your signs of upset stomach, cramps, gas, and frequent semi-liquid stools have led us to think that you might have a gastrointestinal infection or inflammation. You must remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water and steering clear of spicy or fatty foods. You might want to try some over-the-counter medications like Pepto-Bismol or Imodium if your symptoms are bothering you. Besides, go to a gastroenterologist to eliminate the possibility of any serious conditions and get the right treatment if necessary.

stomach pain, the doctor said that i am having swelling intestine
Female | 18 years
It's important to understand that swelling in the intestines can lead to symptoms like discomfort, bloating, and changes in bowel habits. This may result from various factors, including infections, dietary choices, or underlying health conditions. Relief often involves dietary adjustments, increased fluid intake, and possibly medications to reduce inflammation. I encourage you to monitor your symptoms closely and maintain open communication with a gastroenterologist. If discomfort persists or worsens, returning for a follow-up examination will ensure appropriate guidance and care tailored to your needs.

I warn against alcohol or acetaminophen (Tylenol) co-ingestion due to the possibility of liver injury. It is advised to allow yourself at least 24-hour interval after drinking before taking acetaminophen. The gas issue you describe is quite common. It can occur if you consume excessive spicy or oily foods or experience high stress levels. If medication provides temporary relief, dietary and lifestyle changes are necessary. Increase small meal portions. Avoid spicy and oily dishes. Utilize stress management techniques. Through these adjustments, you can gain control over this digestive concern. If not, visit a gastroenterologist.

after drinking the alchocol with the beer i got vomit the little blood what is the reason
Male | 22
The alcohol likely irritated your stomach, which can occur when consuming a lot. Throwing up blood might indicate a bleeding stomach ulcer. Look out for stomach pain, dizziness, and feeling faint. It's important to stay hydrated and avoid alcohol until you're feeling better. If it persists, seek medical attention right away.

My. Digestive system is bad
Male | 19
The classic signs of it are abdominal pain, swelling, inconsistent bowel movements, or discomfort after eating. These issues can relate to several causes, such as food choices, the impact of stress, or particular unfavorable conditions. To diminish stomach upset, think about taking in adequate amounts of foods high in fiber, staying hydrated, and mastering stress using some relaxation techniques. In addition to this, regular physical activity contributes to healthy digestion. In case you still find no relief by these means, I would urge you to make an appointment with a gastroenterologist. They will do a thorough evaluation and give treatments directly related to your case.

Im a syphillis pateint and i want to remove my gallbladder stone. Is that surgery is safe for me
Female | 39
Syphilis is a sexual illness that spreads through contact. It causes sores, and rashes if untreated. Antibiotics cure it though. Gallbladder stones develop in that organ, causing pain. Surgery removes the stones safely, easing your troubles. But mention syphilis treatment before the surgery. That way, both issues get handled properly.
