Severe abdominal discomfort can arise from various factors, including indigestion, food intolerances, infections, or even stress. Common symptoms may include bloating, cramping, or changes in appetite. To alleviate discomfort, try staying hydrated, eating small, light meals, and avoiding spicy or fatty foods. Gentle movement, like walking, may also help. However, if pain persists, worsens, or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms like fever or vomiting, it's important to consult a gastroenterologist. I am suffering from Pancreatitis since last 3 years.. Enzyme level i.e. Amylase lipase is normal from 1 month but still I have pain in upper abdomen, Vomiting after meal and tiredness..
Female | 20
I'm sorry to hear about your discomfort. While normal enzyme levels are a positive sign, persistent pain, nausea after meals, and fatigue can indicate ongoing issues related to inflammation or dietary intolerances. It’s essential to consider factors such as your diet, hydration, and stress levels, as these can impact your symptoms. Gradually introducing a balanced diet with smaller meals might help. However, due to your ongoing symptoms, I strongly recommend consulting with a gastroenterologist. They can perform further evaluations to identify any underlying causes and recommend appropriate treatment options for your situation.

Female | 24
The swelling may come up as your body heals. In some cases, a small lump may be created, which will be similar to the piles that are coming back. It's usually one of the healing mechanisms. You should always wash the site and strictly follow your physician's orders. If you have any doubts, it's always a good idea to talk to your gastroenterologist.

I am 19 year old female. I am suffering from digestion problem and itching in body badly ....
Female | 19
These symptoms have many causes, such as food intolerance, stress, or even skin conditions. To combat the discomfort, you have to eat a balanced diet, drink a lot of water, and take up stress-relieving activities such as deep breathing, or gentle exercise. Over-the-counter antihistamines might ease itching but keeping proper water intake and staying away from known allergens are the most important factors. Nevertheless, my advice is to go see a gastroenterologist who will thoroughly examine you and recommend the proper treatment for your particular case.

Eating spicy food might likely be the reason behind the pain in your left abdomen, yet this pain might be caused by other reasons as well. This pain could be due to stomach problems or dysfunction of your organs. If you notice the pain is severe or lasts a long time, it's advisable to consult a gastroenterologist. In the meantime, you can try eating bland food and drinking a lot of water as a means to check if the pain subsides.

A thing like this happens if there are germs in the gland, which causes it to be infected. It leads to redness, pain, and swelling. The best thing is to visit a gastroenterologist. They might have to remove the abscess by a procedure that would diminish your pain. Moreover, the infection can be treated with antibiotics.

The gas issue you describe is quite common. It can occur if you consume excessive spicy or oily foods or experience high stress levels. Male | 42
It sounds like you're experiencing severe acid reflux, which can cause pain in the upper abdomen. This happens when stomach acid backs up into the esophagus, leading to discomfort. To help manage this, try avoiding spicy and fatty foods, eat smaller meals, and remain upright after eating. You might also consider taking antacids or acid reducers. If the pain persists, it's best to consult a gastroenterologist.

Months ago I had a Hemarroidoctomy surgery after 1 month of my surgery I went to doctor for check up and they put Anoscope inside my anus it was very painful and I can't describe that pain after that check doctor said everything is normal but just you have mouth ulcers like ulcer on your wound area. Next day while bowl movement i saw some blood i was very scared and doctor told me that we need to apply some kinda cream on that area so I visited 3 times for that cream applying thing it was very painful still I'm scared.
Male | 24
Bleeding during bowel movements can occur post-surgery, often due to irritation or minor healing issues. The ulcers noted may indicate sensitive areas that need time to heal. Painful sensations when applying cream are common, but it's important to follow your doctor's recommendations for treatment. Keeping the area clean and applying prescribed ointments can aid recovery. If discomfort or bleeding persists, I encourage you to reconnect with your gastroenterologist to ensure everything is healing properly.
