You probably have the flu, a virus that spreads easily. Flu makes your eyes red and irritated. It causes weakness and body aches too. These comes from your immune system fighting the virus. Get lots of rest, drink fluids, and take pain meds. That can help you feel better soon.

You have a congenital problem in which one of your eyes, the right one, has not developed fully. This can result in visual impairment or even blindness in that eye. Regrettably, in your case where the cornea and optic nerve have not developed, no treatment can bring back vision. Nevertheless, some cosmetic options like colored contact lenses or prosthetic eyes can enhance the look of your eye and make it more similar to your other eye.

However we should also consider more serious possibilities. Additionally, staring at screens or books too long without enough breaks; not sleeping well due to various reasons including stress could lead onto them pains too therefore among other things try adequate rest combined with good lighting for relief.
