Why no period in Feb this year causing worry?
I have been have my menstrual periods no marly till this year I didn’t receive my period for feb this year I have no weird body signs or symptoms of any kind and I feel normal it’s just that I missed last month and I’m kinda worried so what must be the problem?

I am a female i had unprotected sex on the 27th October and got my period the next day which lasted for 3 days but then few days later i started having mild cramps on my middle stomach and sides and i took 2 birth control pills a few days later i had ovulation after from which i am experiencing frequent urination, head aches, stomach pains that come and go, as well as some constipation problems, i also started to eat a lot now. i did take a test which was negative on the 8th day after my period ended
