What is the course of treatment for thyroid cancer in India after a hemithyroidectomy?
Hemithyroidectomy surgery was done of my wife,age'-48yrs in Augst 2019.But unfortunately biopsy of the lump opened was not done.from january she feel pain in cold in the lower front portion now and then.wound is fully cured. Please advice me for further treatment.

The doctor will require your wife's Final Histopath Report and Ultra Sonography report to determine if any further treatment is required.

What opinion would you give for a patient who currently has a swollen kidney, rectal ulcer and fissures post cervical cancer treatment?
Thank you very much sir for your response... Patient name - chandmuni devi Age-54 Sir actually my mom had cervical cancer and it was treated with radiation and brachy therapy from Dec 2017 to march 2018. Later they said to do check up for every three months and in the month of June we shown her again and they said that it is cured and every thing is fine. But in the month of August my mom's left leg got swollen then we went for check up. There they said that the left kidney has swollen due to left urethra blockage and they told as for stenting. We went for stenting but the tube was not inserting inside then they admitted in the hospital and told that they will do a hole and direct sent to kidney they will do... So please suggest us what to do... Please Beside this mom is getting bleeding in stool also and after bleeding there is lot of pain unbearable. We shown this also and they tested colonoscopy and they said that there is ulcer in rectum and fissure also which is causing for bleeding and pain... Its like hell sir please suggest us please.

My elder sister aged 54 years is suffering from STOMACH CANCER. Endoscopy, CT Scan and PET Scan tests have confirmed 4th stage of cancer, as informed by the specialist doctor. To start with 3 cycles of Chemotherapy has been advised and started. The Chemotherapy treatment drug administered is M-FLOT. She has undergone 2 cycles of Chemotherapy from 30.4.19. The 3rd Chemotherapy is scheduled for 30.5.19. Around 15.6.19, one more PET Scan is advised to determine the effect of the 3 chemotherapies administered to her. Going by the test report, future course of treatment would be decided. Pls advise if we are on the right track to get the best treatment for my sister to get well soon. We are ready to do whatever to get the best possible treatment. Kindly advise.
