Headache is sometimes a result of a toothache. If you feel pain in your tooth, it might cause a headache in your head. Perhaps both are caused by a cavity or infection in your tooth. To treat this, you have to go to your dentist. They will take a look at your teeth and give a solution for your situation.

Answered on 14th Nov '24

Yes, it is a fact that stem cell tooth regeneration is under clinical trials. On the other hand, participation in these trials is limited and meets the eligibility criteria. It is recommended to contact a dental specialist, especially a periodontist, and to be evaluated if you can be a trial subject.

The feeling of having pieces of bread in your mouth and the appearance of blood can be terrifying. This can be caused by a gum disease known as periodontitis. It is a situation where bacteria invade the gums of your teeth and make them swollen which results in bleeding and bad breath. Establish a floss and brush routine night and day, use a soft toothbrush, and visit a dentist for a check-up.

You may have halitosis, which is the scientific name for the condition we commonly refer to as bad breath. Even though you properly care for your oral hygiene, bad breath may still occur. This may be because of the kinds of food you eat, dry mouth, or the leftover food particles stuck inside your mouth. If you want to solve this challenge, practice drinking more water, chewing sugar-free gums, and crunchy veggies and fruits.

Oral lichen planus might often show up as purple and white spots on the surface of the tongue that may or may not include a covering. It might not be infectious, however, it might be very annoying. Due to immune system dysfunction or stress can be a contributing circumstance. Eliminate spicy foods or abrasive brushing to relieve the suffering. Gargling with the help of salt can also be a relief. If you do not experience any alleviation, consult a dentist for a proper check-up and cure.

Your condition may have resulted in dental caries, which in turn causes intense dental pain. Dental caries are the product of the bacteria in the mouth that make holes in the teeth. This can happen if you consume sugary substances excessively. You can mainly do this by brushing your teeth regularly twice a day and also regularly visiting the dentist as advised. The dentist can effectively treat dental caries using a filling to make your teeth strong.

Yes, it is quite common for teeth to be somewhat misaligned in some cases. The main reason for the irregular position of lower front teeth may be due to overcrowding or it can be inherited. Your feeling is that your teeth looked crooked or soupy. You should not fear, as it will be cured by braces or retainers. See a dentist, who can recommend the best treatment for you.

You may be worried if a red bump pops up inside your mouth. However, it is not always a sign of cancer. These bumps can be caused by mouth sores, inflamed taste buds, or even a small injury from rough foods. If it is not causing pain or bleeding, then it is usually the case of nothing serious. Try rinsing your mouth with salt water and using soothing mouth gel to help it heal. If it does not get better or if you are scared, it is always a good idea to see a dentist.

These sores can be caused by an infection, allergy, or something that irritates your mouth and throat. It is crucial to avoid spicy or acidic foods that can exacerbate the sores. Water drinking sufficiently and rinsing the mouth might help ease the discomfort. If the sores are still there, it's better to see a dentist for more tests.

You are likely suffering from a condition called enamel erosion. Enamel is the tough outer layer of your teeth that can wear away because of acidic foods, drinks, or brushing too hard. One symptom is yellowing and the holes forming in your teeth. To control further degradation, you can use a soft-bristled brush and reduce the consumption of sugary and acidic foods. You can speak to a dentist for further guidance.

The retainer often causes this issue because it doesn't fit properly, allowing teeth to shift and gaps to reappear. You may need to see your orthodontist to determine if braces or a different retainer are needed. It's crucial to follow your orthodontist's instructions carefully to maintain the results of your treatment.
