You might be having eczema, a skin condition. Eczema can lead your skin to get itchy, swell up, and be susceptible to wounds when scratched. This condition can aggravate at night due to the temperature and humidity changes. The ointments can give a momentary comfort, but it is crucial to recognize the triggers like some soaps or foods. Use a mild, unscented moisturizer and scratch less to avoid further irritation. If the symptoms do not go away, then it is better to see a dermatologist who can assess and manage the problem properly.

You may have detected the small painless bumps around your pubic area that are running up your stomach, which may be a skin condition named molluscum contagiosum. The bumps are usually harmless and can be caused by a virus. They can be transmitted through skin-to-skin contact but are not necessarily an STI. It's best to visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment if you want to be sure.

Why Do I Have Itchy, Small Acne Bunches Without Medication?
I am Himanshi, a 20 years old student. From last 2 years I am having acne on my face, which occurs suddenly in a bunch and are itchy as well. These are small and similar to each other and painless. I am having these on my forehead chin and cheeks. In summer these become worse. These not look like as pimple. From my pov, these are fungal acne (not sure that's why asking).... I hadn't took any medication before.. Using no lotion but a simple Himalaya neem facewash from past many years.

You seem to be going through a skin condition called fungal acne. This type of acne can start suddenly, itch, and can form small painless bumps that look similar. The summer heat tends to make it worse. Using just a neem facewash may not be the only thing you need. Switching to an anti-fungal face wash and adding an anti-fungal cream can be the next step. It is also important to clean and dry your skin properly to get rid of the problem.

You may be experiencing the pain and visibility of veins in your joints as if they are being pricked with a needle. This can happen because of the inflammation of the joints or the tissues surrounding them. It may be connected with diseases such as arthritis. The best thing to do is to rest the joint, put ice on it, and take over-the-counter pain relievers. Gentle stretching exercises can also be beneficial. If the pain persists, it's a good idea to schedule a visit with a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

You are suffering from psoriasis of the scalp. This can make you have scales on your scalp, which will be itchy and sometimes you will get oozing sticky liquid out of it. Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system gets hyperactive. For this, gentle washing your hair with a medicated shampoo is a good start. Be careful not to scratch because it will worsen the situation. Moreover, consulting a dermatologist is also a good way to get proper treatment options.
