It's great that your blood sugar levels are getting better with lifestyle changes. HbA1c test measures the average blood sugar for 2-3 months so, a 6.9 result may be more accurate. Weight loss, exercise, diet changes, and stopping the medicines are all the ones that are working in your case. Make a habit of checking your blood sugar levels regularly and don't let it damage your health.

Normal blood sugar levels are between 70 and 140 mg/dL. If the levels drop, symptoms like shakiness and dizziness occur. Higher levels lead to thirst and fatigue. Balancing meals and exercise maintains stable sugar readings. Consult a doctor for concerns regarding your sugar levels.

Gaining belly fat even if you are active and eat properly might be the symptom of a condition called insulin resistance. This refers to a situation when your body does not react properly to insulin. The symptoms include weight gain in the belly, tiredness, and wanting to drink more water. To cope with this, take foods in balance, do frequent exercises, and consult a doctor so that they can have a medical check-up for the issue.

It's normal to be concerned about facial hair during teenage years; everybody grows differently. Our body directly uses the supplements for reproductive health so we can consider them as a part of our diet. Insufficient facial hair is because of genetic factors or it may also be due to low hormones. Talking to a doctor could be the best way to know more about the situation and get some help or advice.

Testosterone is a hormone that helps with muscle strength, bone density, and sex drive. To boost testosterone, you can try several methods. First, ensure you get enough rest and exercise, as being overweight or inactive can lower testosterone levels. Eating a balanced diet with protein, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables also helps. Additionally, maintain a calm state of mind and get enough vitamin D. It's important to consult a healthcare professional before trying new medications or treatments.

To combat your problem and to maintain a healthy body try to have balanced food. The best way to include them in your diet is to concentrate on whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Sweet stuff and processed foods must be out of your sight. A TSH level of 36.80 indicates that your thyroid might be malfunctioning. Among its signs and symptoms are getting tired, gaining weight, and always being cold. The so-called hypothyroidism can also be one of the reasons why. Commonly, doctors tend to prescribe drugs based on thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine. The dosage should be calculated by your doctor for your specific needs.
