Have been having constant headaches for weeks now. Especially when I wake up in the morning. The headache is one the two sides of my head, most time one sided, most time all around my head or forehead. The headache gets worse when I sleep and wake up and in the evening before bed. Experiencing constant headaches for weeks, particularly upon waking up, with pain on one or both sides of the head, forehead, and sometimes all around the head, could be due to tension headaches, migraines, cluster headaches, sinusitis, sleep related issues, neck problems, or dehydration. Since it is severe please consult a neurologist or headache specialist in your locality.

Your conditions, Polio Residual Paralysis and cerebral vascular accident (stroke) would generally be categorized as "Multiple Disabilities" rather than "Locomotor Disability." Multiple Disabilities involve coexisting impairments in different body systems, while Locomotor Disability typically refers to issues related to mobility. It's important to consult a medical professional for accurate classification.

Brahmi capsules are often used for potential memory enhancement, but their effectiveness varies. Before trying them, consult a doctor due to differences in dosage and individual response. Generally, a 300-450 mg dose in divided amounts is common. Start well in advance of exams. Remember, supplements should complement good study habits, sleep, and a healthy diet. Side effects and interactions exist, so consult a neurology professional.
