You seem to be showing some signs of dissociative identity disorder (DID), which is also called multiple personality disorder. These people might have several identities or alters that influence their behavior and they might not know about it. Usually, it happens due to severe trauma in the past. Therapy – especially cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) – can assist you in comprehending and managing these different personalities for a better life.

The cause of the whole thing can be physical illnesses like depression, thyroid, or dysbiosis. It will be the best thing to do is to talk to your parents, family, or any other adults that you trust so they can later take you to a psychiatrist. It's the first thing to do since, by doing so, you can get the right diagnosis, hence, treated, and hence feel better and go back to your normal self again.

As per your complaints you seem to have phobias for needles and sharp objects and excessive cleaning or washing of hands is suggestive of obsessive compulsive disorder, LONAZEP will hardly help, you need to take anti obsessive and medicines for phobias under supervision of a psychiatrist

Information given by you ( some mental or brain related issues)is insufficient to arrive to proper diagnosis, Repeatedly shaking of head needs to see a neurologist, rather than endocrinologist, talk with your therapist for further treatment

It seems you are in depressive phase of bipolar disorder, and you most likely seems to have bipolar II, where in one has more of depressive episodes, and short hypomanic episodes, one needs to take mood stabilizers under supervision of psychiatrist to control mood swings( from hypo mania to depression ) along with antidepressants which should help to recover from your illness , and need to psycho educate the patient and relatives on symptoms of both depression and hypomanic episodes

  • Stem cell therapy is still under clinical trials, and so has not been granted approval by FDA so far.
  • There are studies highlighting positive developments though, and even numerous hospitals that provide stem cell therapy for other conditions (not autism). Read our article to know about relevant developments in the field of psychiatry - Stem cell Therapy For Autism.
  • But reiterating this fact that so far, this treatment is still pending FDA approval, and these results are from a study conducted on a limited sample size.

One should consult a psychiatrist or counsellor for proper diagnosis and further treatment, ie u have depression or bipolar disorder, as treatment and outcome is different for both disorders, however let the psychiatrist decide what medications to take as per u r psychological condition, and have never personally used glutathione in bipolar
