It sounds like your wife is going through an incredibly challenging time with her anger and distress. These behaviors, such as throwing objects, self-harm, and suicidal threats, can indicate emotional turmoil, possibly linked to mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, or unresolved trauma. It’s crucial to take these signs seriously. The threat of self-harm or suicide requires immediate attention. I strongly recommend seeking professional help from a mental health specialist, such as a psychiatrist or psychologist, who can assess her situation and offer the necessary support and treatment. In the meantime, try to keep her safe and encourage her to talk to someone she trusts. Support and treatment can make a significant difference in improving her emotional well-being and managing her behavior.

Please get a consultation immediately with a psychiatrist. Also, let her talk to someone she trusts in family or friends. Self harming can be dangerous. Although she would need counseling therapy for managing her condition. Hope you get right at the right time. Please take care.

Female | 30

It is okay to feel shy and stressed at times. Many people face this. It can feel hard to be with others. You might feel nervous, shy, or scared. But, you are not alone in this. Try taking small steps. You could join a club or talk to someone you trust. Taking deep breaths and learning to relax can also help lower stress. Move at your own pace. Take it slow.

I hv stop sizomant after 45 days and facing some withdrawal side effects....withdrawal symptoms means what.. I changed dr..he gave toficalm, arip mt 2, nexito ls, trymptor... Taken 3 days, I m confused....as not getting sleep...and saw in Google arip mt 2 has serious side effects. Can I restart sizomant at half tablet after stopping above medicine

Female | 43

Withdrawal symptoms are the body's reaction to the sudden cessation of the drug. Confusion, insomnia (the inability to sleep), and anxiety are just a few of the usual symptoms. In order to deal with these symptoms, it is very important to gradually taper off the medications than to abruptly stop them. However, using sizomant at a lower dose might also help relieve the withdrawal symptoms, but seek medical advice first.

I was taken daxid 50 mg tablet .I am feared that tablet side effects.if any problem are effected male sexual hormone level

Male | 19

It is completely understandable to worry about the side effects of a medicine. Male hormone levels can be affected by Daxid 50 mg occasionally. This might lead to symptoms such as low sex drive or difficulty in achieving an erection. The reason for this is that the drug has an impact on serotonin levels in the brain. If you are going through these things, it would be best to talk to your doctor about them.

I have short term memory issues..I forgot what I have studied..I am a student.. currently preparing for competitive exam ..does it safe to take ritalin like addwize 18mg for memory and concentration

Male | 30

Short-term memory problems happen because of stress, chronic sleep deprivation, or low concentration. Instead of taking medication like Ritalin or Addwize, it's better to focus on healthy habits like getting enough sleep, eating well, and practicing relaxation techniques. Besides that, you can try memory techniques such as list-making or flashcards to remember information effectively.

I'm 26 I have autism ocd Suspected ADHD and suspected fibromyalgia I'm taking 15mg of escitalopram It's making me fall asleep from 6 am to 8 am What should I do? I take it in the evening

Male | 26

Escitalopram might be making you feel too drowsy in the morning like it's the reason you are going to sleep. This case is more or less the same with some people. An example of one thing you might do is to consume it earlier in the evening, for instance, right before you eat. This way, you may later be tired but not in the morning. If the problem continues, bring it up with your doctor.

Female | 35

Always consult your doctor before stopping antidepressants....Abrupt cessation can cause withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal symptoms may include DIZZINESS, nausea, and anxiety....Tapering off slowly is recommended. Your doctor can help you develop a tapering schedule....Stopping abruptly can lead to relapse....Relapse may cause a worsening of symptoms....Withdrawal symptoms can also occur with tapering..But tapering can help minimize the severity of symptoms....Regular monitoring by your doctor is important..........
