The cause of the whole thing can be physical illnesses like depression, thyroid, or dysbiosis. It will be the best thing to do is to talk to your parents, family, or any other adults that you trust so they can later take you to a psychiatrist. It's the first thing to do since, by doing so, you can get the right diagnosis, hence, treated, and hence feel better and go back to your normal self again.

I do not know why am I unable to sleep at nights

Female | 27

Insomnia causes difficulty sleeping. Stress, worries, caffeine late in the day could disturb your rest. Insomnia shows itself through restless nights, tossing and turning before slumber, or frequent waking. Develop a calming routine before hitting the sheets. Avoid those bright screens too.

I wanted to take about my sleeping problem and wanted to take sleeping pills

Male | 85

You have trouble sleeping at night. You are thinking of taking sleeping pills. This is known as insomnia. It can happen due to stress, anxiety, or lifestyle habits like using screens before bedtime. Taking sleeping pills might help but they can have side effects. First, try improving your sleep routine. Avoid caffeine. Create a relaxing bedtime routine.

Female | 22

The situation you describe may indicate that you are suffering from a panic attack. Cold sweats, cold feet, chest pain, fear of dying, nausea, and coughing can be the accompanying symptoms. Panic attacks may result from stress, anxiety, or even a medical condition. Among the ways of handling a panic attack are deep breathing, concentrating on relaxing thoughts, and talking to a trustworthy person.

Hi - I am taking for 10 months now mirtazipine 30 mg. Is it ok to half the dose - or do I need to build down more slowly? I gain a lot of weight … Thank you

Female | Joke

A common side effect of mirtazapine is weight gain. Talk with your doctor before you reduce your dose. They might recommend a strategy to decrease the dose gradually so that you won't have withdrawal symptoms. It is dangerous to quickly change your dose; therefore, it is necessary to do it carefully under the supervision of your doctor.

Alcohol addiction is serious, and professional help is vital. Be cautious with Ayurvedic remedies; extreme effects when drinking aren't common but can occur. The best option is to address addiction properly with the guidance and support of healthcare professionals.

I have ADD / Inattentive ADHD. I’m having extreme problems with weight loss but my medication (Generic for Vyvanse), Suppresses my appetite and I can’t gain any weight. Are there any prescriptions I can try that won’t suppress my appetite and will help me gain weight?

Male | 18

It appears that you’re having trouble losing weight because of the medicine you’re taking for ADD/Inattentive ADHD. Your appetite is affected by this drug thus making it hard for you to gain weight. It may help if you talk to your doctor about trying another medication that doesn’t suppress appetite. Such a change could enable you to reach a healthy weight. Speak with your healthcare provider regarding your concerns so that they can find the right solution.

I m 14 year having no interest in studies forgot what learned

Male | 14

Teenagers often may not like some kinds of studying because it seems they have no interest in some subjects. It's similar to our emotions can be weakened or lost by outside forces such as being overwhelmed, demotivated, or distracted. Forgetting what you have learned can indicate that you are stressed or overwhelmed with many things in your head. You need to find time to unwind, practice self-discipline, and communicate your needs to someone if this happens to you. Appreciate that being involved in your studies is important but take time to relax and take care of yourself by knowing that it's okay to need help from others whenever you are in trouble.

I've had this issue for a long time; the notion of having sex with my family members crosses my mind, and even though I know it's not ethically proper, I can't stop myself. Even the notion that the person with whom I want to have sex wants to have sex with me occurs to me. As a result, I've been into a lot of difficulty. I am always depressed.

Male | 30

As you said things are not ethically right, so it's always better to drop a task that will create problems in future and even difficulties in the family...

counselling therapy is required..

You can also contact me on my private chat or directly in my clinic. We can send you the medicines by courier.
