Why is my left testicle pain recurring?

Hello. My name is Gospel. I'm 26 years old. I'm having pain in my left testicles. I've ran tests for a possible STI, but it all came out negative according to the doctor. I've also taken some medications; antibiotics, pain relief and others. The pain subsided while I was on medication, but it's back now that I'm done with the medications. Please what should I do?

Pain in the testicles could be a result of many causes notwithstanding STIs. The most familiar condition is epididymitis, which refers to the small tubes surrounding the testicles that are suffering from inflammation. This symptom may be a result of a bacterial infection or another underlying factor. You should consult a urologist for proper consultation and undergo more tests to determine the actual cause of your pain.

Although you are not actually having sexual intercourse, there are other reasons why there is a burn. It might be a urinary tract infection (UTI) meaning which can happen to anyone; it's not only from having sex. You should drink plenty of water, pee when you need to, and try to avoid holding it in. But, if the burning still persists, consider reaching out to a urologist to get checked up.

A UTI (urinary tract infection) is caused when bacteria enter the urinary tract and infect it. Symptoms include pain or burning when you pee, feeling like you need to pee a lot, and cloudy or smelly pee. Ample water intake, prescribed antibiotics accompanied by a urologist's consultation, and good hygiene are things that might help if you have UTI.

Should I Be Concerned About Prostate and Kidney Findings?

So I done a bledder, kidney prostata ultrasound and the results is come with prostata diameter 32 Mm and 12 cc and found a focal area in right kidney size is 32x26 Mm presumably representing a prominent column of Bertin is anything about what to worry about?

The results indicate that your prostate is 32 mm by 12 cc, which is normal. There is a space in your right kidney that may be a part of the kidney called the column of Bertin which is usually the biggest area. It is harmless in most cases and does not need any treatment unless it causes symptoms like pain or problems with urinary output.

You are feeling a bit uncomfortable in that area. When you pee and feel a burning sensation, it could be because of an infection such as a UTI (urinary tract infection). This might have caused swelling which made the skin on your penis tight. Infections can sometimes stick around and affect other parts too. So it would be good for you to see a urologist who will give you the right treatment.

It MLs to be a phimosis in your case which means a tightness in the foreskin that makes the glans penis hard to pull over. It can happen because of infection, poor hygiene, or even by nature.  But if it is painful or worsening then you have to visit an urologist for further examinations.

When something strange like a bump on the penis and a pain in the left testicle happens to your body, only then you can notice that a new symptom appears. New symptoms such as infection, an injury, or a lump that is actually a growth could be a few of the indicators that you need to pay attention to. Sooner you should consult a urologist so they can suggest the correct diagnosis for your condition.

How to Safely Apply Betnovate-n for Phimosis Treatment?

For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.

Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.

It may be concerning to feel vibrations in your penis, but let’s learn more about it. Anxiety, nerve issues, or muscle tension could cause this feeling. At times, increased blood flow can also bring it on. To lower stress levels try to stay active and do some relaxation exercises. If it doesn’t stop or if you are worried talk to a urologist who can give advice based on your situation.

You might have prostatitis. This is the case if your prostate becomes swollen and irritated due to some activities such as masturbation. Besides, your testicles might get a dull ache, and you might feel a weird urge to pee frequently. You can stop doing the frequent masturbation which is the main cause, drink more water, and see a urologist.

Various factors need to be considered. The sensation you feel because of using a condom may be because of an allergic reaction. You can try some other brands. If you have any fear or pain with the curvature or during intercourse, you should see a urologist. They will assess your condition and prescribe the right treatment.
