Non surgical rhinoplasty always kyu ni h 3 years k liye hi kyu h
Female | 21
Non-surgical rhinoplasty isn't permanent. It changes your nose's shape using fillers. But these only last 1-2 years. Because your body breaks them down slowly over time. If you want a lasting change, you may need surgical rhinoplasty instead. This involves actual reshaping through an operation. So while non-surgical is quick, it's not forever. Surgery gives permanent results but requires healing too.

What to eat before bbl surgery?
Male | 40
To perform before a Brazilian Butt Lift BBL, focus on a balanced diet that is loaded with fruits vegetables , lean proteins and whole grain products to improve overall health as well as recovery post-surgery. Hydrate yourself well by drinking lots of water in the days preceding the procedure. Use lean sources of protein because they are essential for tissue repair. Avoid foods that are heavy or greasy in the hours leading up to surgery so you do not feel unwell while under anesthesia. Stick to any fasting restrictions given by your plastic surgeon so that you can have a safe surgical procedure. Always check with your surgeon for specific dietary recommendations based on personal health and unique needs of the BBL surgery in question.

When can i blow my nose after rhinoplasty?
Male | 33
After a rhinoplasty, it is usually recommended to refrain from nose blowing for several weeks as the healing process can be disturbed. This can vary greatly depending on the surgical procedure itself and your individual healing timetable. It is necessary to follow the specific postoperative instructions of your plastic surgeon. They can give a tailored schedule when it is safe to return doing such activities as nose blowing. It is very important to have regular follow-up appointments so they can monitor your healing and ensure that you recover successfully.

Doctor, 28 year old. My cheeks was normal when I'm 25.but now in these 3 year, my cheeks are bigger in size.so, plastic surgeon is okay to treat my problem? If not, which type of doctor is okay to treat my problem?I'm alcoholic, is that cause to my big cheek or 3 to 4 year ago l took local supplements in gym, is this reason to my big cheek? This 2 reasons I thought that these are problem.
Male | 28
We need to see if there is any increase in body weight so increase in body weight is one of the reason for increasing cheek size. Alcohol chronic consumption increase parotid gland size and cheeks appear big. So we need to analyze whether it's alcoholic enlargement or because of the weight gain for which we require pictures. If we find the correct reason we can solve it either by lipolytic injection,or hifu or buckle fat removal. We can choose any one based on the pictures. Hi. I am 46 years old mother of 2 children aged 13 and 4yrs. In September 2021 I got liposuction and tummy tuck done. After 6 weeks of wearing the prescribed compression garments and daily massages post surgery, I started noticing big, hard eruptions on my stomach area. Some are red and some are very painful. The doctor punctured one of the eruptions to see if any fluid came out but it did not. He then ask me to use Tbac and put me on anti inflammatory medicine+ flexon. Then one day from the eruption i noticed a pus like fluid. Went to the doctor again. A pus culture was done. No bacteria found. Doctor said looks like it is a suture issue with my body not being able to get rid of the dissolvable stitches. He gave me tricort injections on the hard lumps. Now almost 3 weeks later, some are better but new large and painful ones have also formed. Please advise your thoughts on this and what you feel could be wrong. I am very worried.
Female | 46
I think it's still 2 months post surgery. There could be inflammatory reaction because of the sutures. It is possible so we need to see the pictures to evaluate it correctly and I think most of the times they dissolve by themselves. If there's no fever or any other issues, just you can wait for some more time for body to respond to the inflammatory reaction though active intervention is required.
Right now you can share the picture so that we can evaluate it better. still it's just 2 months old we would prefer to wait and watch. You can also visit best plastic surgeon in India for exact treatment.

Blocked nose 6 months after rhinoplasty, what to do?
Female | 35
Experiencing a blocked nose six months after rhinoplasty can be normal in some cases, but it's essential to consult with your surgeon for a proper evaluation. While the majority of swelling and healing typically occur within the first few months following rhinoplasty, it's possible for residual swelling to persist for a longer period, especially in the nasal passages. Residual swelling, Scar tissue formation, Nasal valve collapse can be the reasons for blocked nose at this stage.
If you're experiencing a blocked nose six months after rhinoplasty, it's important to consult with your surgeon or an otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat specialist) to determine the cause and appropriate course of action. They will be able to evaluate your situation and provide you with personalized advice based on your specific circumstances. In the meantime, here are a few general suggestions that may help:
- Follow post-operative instructions: Review the instructions provided by your surgeon after the rhinoplasty and ensure that you are following them correctly. This may include nasal sprays, saline rinses, or other prescribed medications.
- Nasal irrigation: Consider using a saline nasal rinse or a neti pot to help flush out any mucus or debris from your nasal passages. This can help alleviate congestion and keep your nose clear.
- Humidify the air: Dry air can exacerbate nasal congestion. Using a humidifier in your living space or bedroom can add moisture to the air, reducing the likelihood of a blocked nose.
- Avoid irritants: Minimize exposure to irritants such as cigarette smoke, strong chemical odors, and pollutants. These can further inflame the nasal passages and contribute to congestion.
- Elevate your head during sleep: Keeping your head elevated while sleeping can help reduce nasal congestion. Try using an extra pillow or consider using a wedge pillow specifically designed for this purpose.
- Avoid blowing your nose forcefully: Blowing your nose too hard can potentially disrupt the healing process and worsen congestion. Instead, gently blow your nose with one nostril at a time or use a saline nasal spray to help clear your nasal passages.
Remember, these are general suggestions, and it's essential to seek professional medical advice for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
