Blepharoplasty post op care is as follows:
- Wear dark sunglasses during daylight.
- Put ointment, which is used during your surgery. It may blur your vision, but it is temporary and will go away within 24 hours.
- Do not wear contact lenses for at least 2 weeks after your surgery, but you can wear eyeglasses.
- Do not drive for 5 to 10 days after surgery, or more until you have stopped consuming pain killers and don't have a blurry vision.
- Try to rest completely for 3-4 days and avoid heavy work and weight-lifting after the surgery.
- Avoid sneezing, coughing, and vomiting
- if you have nausea or a cold, then immediately inform your doctor, as it can raise your blood pressure and cause bleeding at the site of operation.
- Rest your head on 2 to 3 pillows while sleeping, for next 2 weeks. It will help prevent swelling at the site of operation.

What to eat after rhinoplasty to reduce swelling?
Male | 45
After a rhinoplasty procedure, it is useful to consume foods that have nutrients and minerals as they help in the healing process while possibly reducing swelling. Pay attention to a healthy diet including fruits, vegetables, low-fat proteins and sufficient water intake. High vitamin C foods, such as zinc and bromelain (found in pineapples), may particularly be effective. But it is important to consider any dietary recommendations offered by your surgeon. To get individual advice, approach your general practitioner or a qualified nutritionist specializing in recovery and any dietary restrictions.

Hello, my nose is a little bit damaged from one side. I want to undergo Nose surgery, please guide me on the treatment procedure and its cost.
Since there is a lack of picture of your nose, therefore determining the kind of damage that took place, is difficult.
So assuming that you have a minor fracture which didn't make your nose crooked or misshaped, then you may not require professional medical treatment. Your doctor however, may recommend simple self-care measures, such as using ice on the area and taking over-the-counter pain medications.
If there are displacements of and breaks in bones & cartilages, then the doctor may be able to realign your nose manually, or you may require a surgery.
if this has gone untreated for more than 2 weeks, or if your damage is way too severe, then reconstructive surgery may be needed.
And only your doctor, through some trials, will be able to decide which treatment fits you the best - Cosmetic Surgery doctors in Mumbai.

Removing the penis head, also called circumcision is surgery that cuts off the foreskin tip covering. It's usually done for cultural, faith, or health reasons. Some think it aids hygiene, cuts infection risk, and lowers disease odds. It's seen as safe when experts do it properly and cleanly. But like any op, dangers exist: bleeding, infections, feeling changes. So, discuss with a plastic surgeon to grasp the prospective perks and dangers before deciding.

Before the conclusion of a method, a few essential things to be aware of, such as the colour of your hair, can influence the treatment's efficiency. As a result, those with fair hair or hair that has a red color may find treatment not very effective. On top of that, for those with dark skin, the procedure is not without problems, as in some cases, lasers can create more serious post-treatment discoloration. The sensation of a soft zapping might be experienced while under treatment. The skin might be red, painful, or even more sensitive after removing the hair for some time. Tip of nose still swollen 1 year after rhinoplasty, what to do?
Female | 28
Experiencing some residual swelling at the tip of the nose one year after rhinoplasty can be normal in certain cases. While the majority of swelling typically subsides within the first few months following the procedure, it's not uncommon for minor swelling to persist, particularly in the tip area, for a longer period of time.
Several factors can contribute to the persistence of swelling at the tip of the nose after one year such as Skin thickness, Surgical technique used, etc. If you're experiencing persistent swelling at the tip of your nose one year after rhinoplasty, it's recommended to consult with your surgeon for an evaluation. They will be able to assess your condition, determine the cause of the swelling, and provide appropriate guidance. In the meantime, here are a few things you can consider:
- Follow-up appointment: Schedule a follow-up appointment with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and have a thorough examination. They will be able to determine if the swelling is a normal part of the healing process or if it requires further intervention.
- Be patient: Swelling after rhinoplasty can take a significant amount of time to completely resolve. It's not uncommon for residual swelling to persist for up to a year or even longer in some cases. Allow your body ample time to heal, as the final results of rhinoplasty can take several months to become fully apparent.
- Avoid trauma: Take care to protect your nose from any trauma or injury during the healing process. Even minor accidents can cause additional swelling or affect the final outcome of your rhinoplasty.
- Follow post-operative instructions: Ensure that you are following all post-operative instructions provided by your surgeon. This may include specific care for managing swelling, such as avoiding strenuous activities, refraining from excessive sun exposure, and avoiding certain medications that can increase swelling.
- Massage: Your surgeon may recommend gentle massage techniques to help reduce swelling at the tip of the nose. However, it's crucial to follow their specific instructions, as improper techniques or excessive force can have adverse effects.
- Consider corticosteroid injections: In some cases, your surgeon may recommend corticosteroid injections to help reduce persistent swelling. These injections can help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
Remember, the advice provided here is general, and it's important to consult with your surgeon for personalized guidance based on your unique situation.

What is the healing process after Plastic Surgery?
Other | 27
When the body is injured or broken the proper healing is due to the body itself making itself healthy again. There could be a slight bruising that you might experience which is, in fact, a usual condition and should wear off in time. The performance of the surgery is dependent on your cooperation with the doctor. Thus, you must abide by the directives given to a T by your doctor. It is principally of high importance to the individual to have a good portion of time devoted to rest, to the intake of foods that are of high nutritional value, and to the avoidance of physically demanding activities as recommended. If you happen to see any rare signs, or you have some doubts, do not be afraid to let your doctor know about it so he can guide you through the whole process.
