Adet süremin normal olup olmadığını bilmek istiyorum çünkü bir ay adet dönemim 23 gün, sonraki ay 28 gün ve bir sonraki ay yine 23 gün ve adet dönemim 23 iken adet gördüğümü bile bilmiyorum. günler ama adet sürem 28 gün olduğunda ağrı ve kramp hissediyorum

Döngü uzunluğunda aydan aya bazı farklılıklar olması oldukça normaldir ve döngülerin 21 ila 35 gün arasında değişmesi de normaldir. Sizin durumunuzda adet döngüsünün 23 gün 28 gün olması normal aralıktadır. 28 günlük bir döngüde ağrı ve kramplar neredeyse tüm kadınların yaşadığı gibi oldukça normaldir. Eğer gerçekten dayanılmazsa doktorunuza danışabilirsiniz.
