Was ist los? Kann es mit der Milz zusammenhängen? Gastritis?

I advise you to take your child to a doctor. Based on proper evaluation and diagnosis, the doctor will be able to determine whether the problem faced is due some underlying medical issue such as food intolerance, infection  or some other reason. Based on that, treatment may be suggested which may include certain dietary and lifestyle changes, medications etc.

My daughter is 19 Years old and suffering from gas pain in her abdomen. She suffered the same 1 year back. She has taken gas o fast twice and has taken Digeplex syrup once. What medicine she needs to get.

Female | 19

It's best to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. In meantime she can try some natural remedies to relieve gas pain. Drinking warm water, massaging her abdomen, practicing yoga or taking medications. However, if the symptoms persist, she should see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I drink 6l of water a day is that good?

Female | 20

Drinking 6 liters of water a day is generally more than what most people need, and it could lead to an imbalance in your body’s electrolytes. It’s best to drink water according to your thirst and daily activities. I suggest you consult a general physician to discuss your water intake and overall hydration needs.

Can you help me I keep waking up in the middle of the night and feeling nauseous.

Female | 12

you should see an endocrinologist to exclude underlying GI conditions which may be the source of your symptoms. Midnight nausea may indicate acid reflux or other gastrointestinal disorders.

You would want to consult a general physician or a primary care doctor for the symptoms you mentioned. They'll conduct an initial assessment, ask about your medical history, perform a physical examination, and may order some tests if necessary to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Based on their evaluation, the primary care doctor may refer you to a gastroenterologist if they suspect a specific gastrointestinal condition or if further specialized care is required.

Namaste ma'am, my name is Umesh. Ma'am I have pain in my stomach and if I eat then immediately after that I get a rash in my stomach and then I start getting loose motions again and again and ma'am my weight also reduces a lot.

You may have a condition called food allergies. It is a case of the body reacting overly to some food items. Symptoms can be a painful stomach rash and a soft stool. Keeping a food diary is the best way to identify the specific food is causing the reaction. The food to be avoided is the one you already know as the trigger. The result of this is symptom disappearance and no more loss of mass.
