Female | 19
Stomach ache following a meal or beverage may result from many reasons. It could be from indigestion, gastritis, or even a stomach infection. The drug you took might not have been immediately effective. Consume lots of water and use only soft foods such as toast or rice. If the pain continues or intensifies, seeing a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment is imperative.

Why I am getting stomach pain with full back pain and right hand and left leg pain and nausea
Female | 17
You seem to be experiencing extreme discomfort. Stomach pains, back aches, limb pains, and nausea together indicate potential spinal or nerve issues. Sometimes, a localized problem radiates pain elsewhere. It's wise to consult a gastroenterologist to diagnose and treat the underlying cause properly.

I have constant gas every night in my belly for the last 3 years and recently my gas has been stuck beside my belly button.
Female | 36
Your belly feels gassy, right around the navel. That bloated sensation stings. Gas frequently results from meals being improperly digested. Rapid eating, chewing gum, carbonated beverages - these worsen it. Slow down while eating, avoid gas-causing foods, and hydrate well. If issues persist, consulting a gastroenterologist provides expert guidance.

How long does a stab wound to the bowel takes to heal after surgery
Male | 31
A stab wound in the bowel is indeed a serious injury that will require surgery for a solution. After the surgery, the healing time can vary but it usually takes several weeks to a few months. Symptoms of this may involve intense pain, fever, and vomiting. Repairing the damaged bowel with surgery is the solution, in addition to proper wound care and medication to prevent infection, which is the main reason for the surgery. It's important to heed your doctor's orders to have a quick and easy recovery.

I have stomach pain for 2 weeks and gastric trouble. Along with it, I have back pain also. What can I do to cure this
Male | 20
You're feeling the pain in your stomach, the pain of a bad stomach and back pain. The symptoms of these health problems can be different in each case and are mostly caused by things like gastritis or acid reflux. Try eating smaller, more frequent meals, avoiding spicy or greasy food, and staying hydrated. Antacids are a good remedy that can also be bought at the counter. If the pain doesn't lessen, your best option is to register with a gastroenterologist for further advice.

Hi doc, I'm 20 yrs old female, I'm 38kg with 153 cm height, I have gastritis, Gerd, oesophagitis, delayed menstrual cycle, I am very thin
Female | 20
Gastritis, GERD, oesophagitis, delayed periods, and the feeling of being thin can be hard on a person. Signals such as stomach ache, acid reflux, and skipped menstrual cycles could be due to stress or bad nourishment. Take regular meals, keep away from spicy foods, and manage stress! It's also good to chat with a gastroenterologist about your health condition a few times.

Hii I am an 18 year old male. I had an endoscopy 2 months ago which showed H.Pylori gastritis. My doc has prescribed me esomeprazole, antacids and rebamipide for 15 days. Is there any particular way I have to take these meds? Any possible interaction between the antacid and rebamipide?? My doc has not instructed me properly.
Male | 18
Esoprazole need to take before food.
Antacid need to take after food.
Rebamipide need to take after food.
As you have H pylori gastritis, therefore you need to take HP kit for at least 15 days.

Stomach pain every night
Female | 20
Experiencing tummy aches each evening is difficult. Some typical causes include eating too close to bedtime, particular foods upsetting your stomach, or stress. Keeping a food log can help identify any troublesome items. Also, try relaxing activities before sleep to de-stress. These irritation types may be the result of gastritis and acid reflux. It's a blessing that your tests came back normal and that you maintain a healthy diet. Since you're still experiencing the same, discuss with your gastroenterologist the possibility of modifying your medication or seeking other treatment options to help manage your symptoms.

Sharp Pain under rib cage, pain comes and go, sometimes immobilized, pain goes away if pressure is applied
Male | 35
A sudden burning pain in the front that appears and disappears, grows very bad, but is relieved by slight pressure can be caused by a disorder called costochondritis. It is the situation when the cartilage inflaming that attaches the ribs to the chest bone happens. Resting, applying heat or ice, and taking over-the-counter pain medication can also be tried. If you are still in pain then you need to seek advice from an orthopedist.

I am 18 year old male and i have stomach ache from 2 days and i have taken no medications the pain is more in lower right side of abdomen and my abdomen hurts when breathing and walking basically when moving
Male | 18
The location of the pain in the lower right of your stomach, especially when walking, may be a sign of appendicitis. The swelling of the appendix is called appendicitis. The primary clues may also be loss of appetite, nausea, and fever. A doctor must be sought immediately for a full checkup and proper therapy as appendicitis might be dangerous and can involve surgery as a remedy.

I was very young around 2 years old when I was diagnosed with inguinal hernia then when I was 6 and half I had a surgery and after sometime hernia reoccurred since then I am living with inguinal hernia size of testicles is enlarged and my penis is short like that of kid
Male | 18
A condition like inguinal hernia happens when intestine bulges through a weak spot near your tummy. It causes pain, swelling, or a lump by your groin. Surgery fixes it sometimes. But if hernia returns after surgery, discuss treatment options with your doctor. Enlarged testicle and shorter penis might relate to hernia. So, mention these concerns to your healthcare provider for further solutions.

Male | 23
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease can progress to fibrosis, which is the scaring of the liver. Healthy weight loss through diet and exercise can play a key role in the liver's health. The liver is capable of some self-repair, but the damage from serious scarring is probably not going to be reversed completely. Following your doctor's advice, taking your medication, and lifestyle changes to support your liver health are essential.

can i take rifaximin 400 twice a day and propranolol together is it safe
Male | 22
This medication is prescribed for a specific reason. Rifaximin is an antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections in the gut, while propranolol is used to treat heart conditions. When they are taken together, they could influence the way your body deals with them. It may be safe, but it's important to have a gastroenterologist monitor you closely so you can avoid any possible problems or interactions.
