The same problem happens at night also. On some days he wake up at 3-4 am and starts crying and after an hour he stops and then go for sleep. As he does not speak anything we do not understand what problem he is facing. He is also undergoing therapies for ADHD and speech delay. But at therapy centre also he keeps on crying. He was moody earlier also but after HFM infection this crying problem has increased a lot. Pls guide.

It sounds like your son's recent changes in behavior might be linked to his recovery from the hand, foot, and mouth infection. Such infections can sometimes cause lingering discomfort or changes in behavior. Given his ADHD and speech delay, it is crucial to consult with his pediatrician and a child psychiatrist to evaluate any underlying issues. They can provide a thorough assessment and tailor interventions to help manage his symptoms.

Where can I show my autistic grandson.

Male | 10 years

Depends on which city you are located. You can consult a clinical psychologist. But as you have already mentioned he is autistic. That means he's already being diagnosed. Now you need to look at the intervention that he needs to be getting into. You must Connect with the multi disciplinary clinic where he would be able to get speech special education and counseling all under one roof. You may contact me as well for further advice. As I have dealt with special children for more than a decade.

Male | 17 months

This Rajendra from Nepal today I bring to you that my son is 7 year old. He has strayed high fever sudden i Took in the clinic which dr. Has giving som glucose and since 7 days he is not eating anything Please suggest me to what should I do he has very weakness he can’t stand all the sleeping only

Male | 7

It seems he may have a serious condition causing the fever and weakness. The glucose given by the doctor was likely to provide energy. Not eating for 7 days is quite concerning. It's important to take him back to the doctor for further evaluation and treatment. Meanwhile, ensure he stays hydrated and gets plenty of rest.

My one month daughter struggles with constipation and reflux and but constantly groans and moans all the time. Even when she's sleeping she constantly brings her feet up and moves around. She also cries a lot like she's in a lot of discomfort. Her moaning is persistent and if she goes quiet she squeaks really loud like she's struggling to breath.

Female | 1 month

Is your daughter breast fed or top fed? And what do you exactly mean when you say she is constipated? Mild reflux is common at this age and if she is gaining weight properly then it is not worrisome. Do proper burping after each feed. If symptoms persist, it is advisable to get her examined by pediatrician.

For a 12-year-old boy, the normal fasting blood sugar level is typically between 70 and 100 mg/dL. After eating, it should be less than 140 mg/dL. It's always best to consult a pediatric endocrinologist for personalized advice and accurate diagnosis.

Around 3 months back my younger sister had a blood infection, and we did as the doctor said, she was injected 7 times, the doctor said that it'll take time for her to recover and now it's been more than 3 months but she is still weak, feels anxious suddenly, can't sleep at night because she feels anxious that it makes her cry out loud, her body keeps warm but no fever, feels like choking, can't breathe properly and few days back we took her to the hospital and did a full body check up, blood test and urine test, the report was normal the doctor said that she'll be fine but she's not, she is only 10 years old, my sister her body is like a skeleton, it's like you can see every bones of it, she doesn't eat properly, army doctor, can you please suggest me what to do?

Female | 10

Your sister might experience anxiety. Anxiety causes shortness of breath, trembling, and disrupted sleep. It also affects appetite, leaving one feeling weak. When the body is stressed, it impacts our well-being and eating habits. A crucial step is helping her relax. Simple activities like deep breathing, calming music, or enjoyable hobbies can soothe her mind. Ensure the eats well, even if it's small, frequent meals. Encourage healthy snacks like fruits, veggies, and nuts. If her condition doesn't improve, it's advisable to consult the doctor again.

My child got vaccinated and got swelling on injected area ..what should i understand by this that vaccination is done properly or not and how should i treat my child to get rid of pain and swelling.

Male | 5

Swelling, and pain at the injection area - this is normal for kids after vaccination. The body responds by building immunity. Cold packs soothe discomfort; acetaminophen helps too. Persistent swelling warrants checking with the doctor. But generally, these reactions indicate the vaccine is working as intended.

Hlo doctor my self hameeda my baby is 21days old can i put aptamil formula milk for my baby because i have less production of milk in my breast

Male | 21day old

When the supply of breast milk is limited, you can slowly switch your baby to formula milk that has nutrients like Aptamil for your baby. Excess stress and in some cases, improper breastfeeding are the reasons why some moms have low milk production. Be calm about it. You will be able to feed your baby the needed nutrients via formula milk. Be sure to go through the instructions on the formula package.

foaming while sleeping for my 3 year old

Female | 3

Foaming during slumber for a 3-year-old could stem from excess drooling. This occurrence is typical as teeth develop. At times, it may resemble foam. It doesn't usually signify a severe issue. Ensuring your child's head is slightly elevated while resting might alleviate the situation. Additionally, utilizing a soft pillowcase may absorb the drool. However, if your child exhibits breathing difficulties or persistent coughing, seeking medical attention is advisable.
