Can I still be pregnant if I have taken multiple tests (all came back negative) and I’m still 12 days late?

Female | 22

Missing a period is possible. It happens if the pregnancy hormone is low. Being late for 12 days could mean you're pregnant. Stress, weight changes, and hormone problems could also cause this. If you think you might be pregnant, wait. Take another test later. If still unsure, get a blood test. Blood tests are more accurate than home tests.

I recently received my AMH test results, and I am quite concerned as the value is 0.2. I am 32 years old, not married, and have no children yet. I’ve also undergone some scans, and the doctors mentioned that I might be heading toward a monotropic cycle, which has raised my anxiety about my fertility. Given my desire to have children in the future, I’m really worried about my low AMH level and would like to know if there are any options available for me to improve this situation and possibly conceive naturally in the future. For your reference, I have a normal BMI, follow a vegetarian diet, exercise regularly, and have no smoking or drinking habits. I would greatly appreciate your advice on what steps I can take to maintain my fertility and whether there are any treatments or lifestyle changes that could help improve my chances of having healthy children. Thank you so much for your time and guidance. Kind regards, Neha

What is the meaning of blow mentioned points Urinary bladder is partially filled. Endometrial thickness is measuring approx (12) mm. bilateral adnexa unremarkable.

Female | 22

partial filling of urinary bladder is one of the most frequent cases identified through routine ultrasound scanning. The normal changes of the menstrual cycle may cause endometrial thickness to be about 12 mm, or it can require further investigation by a gynecologist in some cases. A positive finding is that the bilateral adnexa are unremarkable:. Other questions or concerns about such findings must be addressed by asking your gynecologist to assess them in detail.
