¿Por qué tengo un dolor intenso en el abdomen superior izquierdo?
Hola. Hace dos semanas, durante un entrenamiento con pesas, tuve un dolor repentino en la parte inferior del abdomen. Fue tan doloroso que no podía moverme. Pensé que podrían ser calambres, pero empeoraban cada segundo y además no tuve ningún período durante casi 4 meses. Tengo 15 años. Sin embargo, más temprano en la mañana, antes de sentir este dolor inesperado, tuve un pequeño sangrado. Luego fui a urgencias, donde después de 3 horas cesó el dolor. Se sospechó que tenía una pequeña ruptura del quiste, sin embargo, no había evidencia que indicara que el quiste se había roto. Le hemos hecho tanto análisis de laboratorio como ecografía y todo fue absolutamente normal. También es importante mencionar que hace un año tuve un quiste, pero luego desapareció ya que nos hicimos otra ecografía, pero durante el último año no lo revisé. 3 días después de mi dolor, me hice otra ecografía y todo estaba bien. Otra cosa para mencionar, durante el día que estuve en urgencias, llegué a casa y tenía sangre pura cuando oriné. Al día siguiente todo estaba absolutamente normal sin ninguna mancha ni roja ni marrón, todo estaba claro. Desde entonces tengo dolores cuando hago actividades deportivas y cuando me tocan la parte baja del abdomen. (tanto del lado izquierdo como del derecho). Sin embargo, en los últimos días he tenido un dolor intenso en el abdomen superior izquierdo. Cuando tuve ese dolor terrible, fue principalmente en el lado izquierdo. Actualmente tengo un dolor intenso en la parte superior izquierda y, además, siempre tengo un dolor de hambre que siento como si me doliera el estómago y me quemara. ¿Qué está pasando? ¿Puede estar relacionado con el bazo? ¿Gastritis? ¿Quizás no hubo ruptura del quiste?

El dolor en la parte inferior del estómago puede deberse a muchas cosas. Que los exámenes de laboratorio y ecografías sean normales es una buena señal. Sharp left sided abdominal pain. Directly under lower ribs. Intermittently x6mos or more. The pain is more noticeable when standing and the pain is better with pressure but immediately returns when pressure is removed

My child is having stomach ache since last 2 or 3 days. Yesterday he had ache 3 to 4 tines and he has been going to washroom each time. The stool is normal and not loose. He is 8 now. Since he was 3.5 years old he had habbit of going to.potty after 3 to 4 days and it extended till 6 to 7 days also. The potty was very hard and a single loop hard to flush. But since last 4 days he is complaining of stomach ache and going to.potty each time. The stool is normal and soft as compared to previous times and flushable. Please suggest.

I get a little bloated feeling after lunch. My normal diet is rice, Dahi, vegetables, and sometimes chicken mince, one wheat chapatti. I am prone to constipation. Sometimes I feel I have to evacuate, but I only pass wind. I do however pass stools minimum once daily. They are normal in colour.
