¿Por qué veo sangre de color rojo brillante después de defecar?
Por lo general, defeco una vez al día. Esto sigue igual, pero el domingo vi sangre roja brillante en el papel higiénico después de limpiarme el trasero. Fueron necesarias varias toallitas para que la sangre desapareciera. Cada toallita tenía un poco menos de sangre. En total, limpié unas dos cucharadas de sangre de color rojo brillante. Revisé mis heces y la sangre roja brillante estaba mezclada con las heces. Manchó el interior del inodoro con rayas de sangre de color rojo brillante cuando atrapó el borde interior del lavabo. Aparte de la sangre en las heces, no había otra sangre acumulada en el fondo del agua del inodoro. Esto ha sucedido todos los días desde entonces. Sólo hay sangre durante la evacuación intestinal. No tengo estreñimiento y no necesito esforzarme para defecar. Las heces son de tamaño, color y consistencia normales. Ni grande ni duro como para provocar una fisura anal al salir. No tengo dolor, ni estreñimiento, ni picazón en el trasero, ni fatiga, ni aturdimiento, ni fiebre, ni pérdida de peso involuntaria. Soy un hombre de 40 años sin otros problemas de salud.

Puede ser por hemorroides o fisura anal. Pero es fundamental diferenciarlas de otras enfermedades graves como el cáncer colorrectal. Se le recomendaría ver ungastroenterólogopara tener un diagnóstico más profundo y el mejor plan de tratamiento.

I get a little bloated feeling after lunch. My normal diet is rice, Dahi, vegetables, and sometimes chicken mince, one wheat chapatti. I am prone to constipation. Sometimes I feel I have to evacuate, but I only pass wind. I do however pass stools minimum once daily. They are normal in colour.

The lower left quadrant of my abdomen hurts for 12 days with mild bloating. The pain was intense before, very intense when it comes, I would say a 7 to 8 out of 10. I also had abdominal cramps, rectal tenesmus, and have been taking laxatives but not anymore today. I still feel occasional discomfort and pain in my abdomen. The pain was intense for 9 days before dampening now into a more mild form. I made a visit to the doctor in day 9 (it is day 12 today) and the doctor said it should be cleared up in 3 days. The doctor said it may be a fecaloma. After not taking laxatives, the diarrhoea is less watery but I still feel bloated and painful in my abdomen although much milder. I suspect an underlying problem.

I'm not sure from when bubble or foamy urine started.but I noticed it on 28th August night. later I found more bubble in urine at 29th August night and 30th August morning... now The bubble or foam is present during morning after waking up..but due to drinking too much water , the rest of the day the bubbles becomes almost zero or very few ...after flush there are still 5-6 bubbles stays that bursts after few seconds.. I'm giving the photo of today's urine after waking up in the morning (3rd September).. one thing to mention that I'm taking rablet 20 before breakfast everyday.. I had Pangastritis and H.pylori infection one year ago...later it's found that H.pylori is gone but still gastritis is present in small area.. now a days I'm also having a little problem with fart(gas) and very mild pain in lower back that can not be felt until given full attention.
