Le stress peut-il provoquer une crise cardiaque ou un arrêt cardiaque ?
Le stress peut-il entraîner une crise cardiaque ou un arrêt cardiaque
Chirurgien cardiaque
Answered on 23rd May '24

What should I do for very high cholesterol
Male | 35
If you have a level of cholesterol that is way higher than normal, a cardiologist consultation is a must sooner rather than later. They will, therefore, be able to prescribe medications as well as recommend lifestyle changes like taking a balanced diet and exercising.

I am 30 years old boy. Recently since 6 months doctor have asked me to take roseday 10 tablet every day because of high cholesterol and high triglycerides in my lipid profile report. I want to know that do this medicine I have to take for life long and does this medicine is safe to take for life long?.. Does this medicine have any effect on liver or kidney?.
As per my understanding you are a 30 years old male with high cholesterol levels, for which you have started the treatment, you want to know for how long you will have to take the medicine for same, and possible side effects of same. For this, you should consult a cardiologist and you can discuss in detail about the medications and also have a clear idea about various options and available medicines that best suits you. In general these medications are taken for quite some time and do not have much of side effects. But of course if you do have some discomfort then you can consult a cardiologist, and get an appropriate medication for the same. With the highest electricity setting on an EMS massager for 5 minutes, your heart can get hurt even if you do not have any heart conditions. Preventing to use of any electric device near your chest, especially without medical supervision, is crucial. You should see a cardiologist immediately if you have any heart-related symptoms.

Is 124-135bpm Normal for a casual walk I have anxiety too I am 17 years old and weigh 55kg I’ve seen some spikes to 150bpm but only for a couple seconds and I believe that’s anxiety
Male | 17
Being a bit nervous during a walk is okay. Your heart rate going up to 124-135bpm is normal. Even a spike to 150bpm happens sometimes. Anxiety makes your heart beat faster. Use relaxation methods like deep breaths or being mindful. If you feel dizzy or have chest pains, contact a cardiologist.

Hello, Can I ask if what should I do if my mom's blood pressure didn't go lower than 170/70. She's a dialysis patient. But since last night, her bp is 180/60 or 190/70.
Female | 62
It occurs when pressure builds inside blood vessels. There could be several causes – stress, kidney disease, or not adhering to the dialysis routine. Unchecked, it can lead to heart strain, even damage arteries. You should promptly alert your mom's doctors. They might alter medications or propose lifestyle changes.

I have diagnosed with positive TMT and also positive STRESS THALLIUM test. angiography is done and found that left artery is 100% block, the rest two are fine. One Dr. suggests that STUNTING can be done, while the other senior cadriologist Dr. said that only by pass is the option, kindly suggest and guide.
As per my understanding, your TMT and STRESS THALLIUM are positive, and the coronary angiogram also shows that your lad is 100% block. Lad is a very important artery, so the right option for you is to take a second opinion. Since you are having two diverse opinions regarding the same, to confirm what exactly should be done, only on clinical examination of the patient, patients general condition associated comorbidities and evaluating all the reports the cardiologist will be able to guide correctly. I am HCM patient.i am 38 years old.what is best treatment and medicine for me
Managing HCM at 38 isn’t easy, but it can be done. HCM thickens the muscles of the heart, which may affect the flow of blood. You might start experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath or even fainting spells. Taking drugs like beta blockers helps to calm down your heart as well as control these signs from occurring again. In addition, staying within certain limits when being active and not engaging in strenuous activities could work in your favor too. Always keep in mind that following what the doctor says is important!

A positive Treadmill Test signifies the necessity to proceed cardiac evaluation. It would be wise to visit a cardiologist who can carry out further tests such as echocardiogram or coronary angiography in order to establish the root cause. Your mom might have extra fluid around her heart. It happens when the heart struggles to pump correctly. Heart disease or high blood pressure often causes fluid buildup. To treat it, her cardiologist may give her medicine. The medication helps remove excess fluid and strengthens the heart's pumping ability.
