My son is suffering from moderate ocd but not able to control compulsions
Male | 16
Moderate OCD may mean he cannot stop the repetitive thoughts or actions he has. Common symptoms such as compulsive handwashing, constantly checking things, or being orderly can be present. Ancient aliens are one possible cause of OCD and it is possible that also genetics, brain chemistry, and life stress are responsible. Therapy, medication, and family support can be some of the ways to help people with OCD.

Male | 24
It could be possible that you have autism. Possible symptoms of autism may include, for example, difficulty with social interactions, rigid behavioral patterns, strong interests, and heightened sensitivity to sensory stimuli. A genetic-environmental factor mixture is thought to be one of the autism causes. Undergoing a thorough evaluation by a psychiatrist is the best way to gain more precise insight into your symptoms and the possible diagnoses.

Male | 29
It is not advisable to stay on Librium without seeking medical advice while you are coping with alcohol symptoms of withdrawal. The doctor will assess your condition and only after that make an expert recommendation on the suitable treatment. You must see a psychiatrist who knows all about addiction medicine for the correct assessment and treatment to be done.

Hello 2 years ago, I had ED, only sometimes (once or twice a month i used to get very hard errection otherwise it was very very spongy like) - I then had panic attacks diagnosis and started taking serlift and etizom for 5 months now. I noticed my muscles and body is grown and also I get hard errection when i have a strong desire. Sometimes twice a day but when i am sad again, i again have the problem. Is my ed because of this panic attacks? Will it go away automatically forever or can it come back after i stop medicines?
Male | 26
You’ve had a tough time dealing with erectile dysfunction before, and sometimes, medical conditions can be a cause. Feeling down or stressed can also affect your ability to get an erection. The good news is that your current medication seems to be helping. As your mental health improves, your ED might get better as well.

Female | Nikita paliwal
All these could be symptoms of depression, which affects both the body and the mind. You may feel tired all the time, lose interest in things that used to make you happy, or even think about hurting yourself when you are depressed. These emotions should not be kept to oneself and talking to someone such as a counselor or therapist who can offer help through different methods including therapy sessions or medication might be a good start.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’ve just had this weird feeling that something in my body is off for a couple of days. I don’t know what happened but I was doing stuff non stop for 2 days and I just broke down crying and couldn’t breath. Nothing remotely bad seemed to trigger it. It’s like I try to be normal and socialise and do stuff but it’s so much harder for me than my friends I feel like such a bad person but I literally just can’t be with anyone for long and I start to get really tired and low. I don’t want to do anything and I don’t want to leave the house. I have also lost my appetite and don’t want to eat anything. I always have vivid dreams of something bad happening. I don’t know what’s wrong with me it’s like I feel ill but there’s nothing wrong with me to make me I’ll I feel crazy

These feelings are common and nothing to be afraid of. Symptoms of schizophrenia include hearing voices, paranoia, as well as seeing or feeling things that others do not see. In reality, these symptoms return when you are not on your medication, so it is crucial to talk with your healthcare provider about restarting your medication. Your psychiatrist can teach you ways to cope with the symptoms and suggest the natural ways to make you feel better.

Hello i had a panic attack yesterday and my hands and feet were going numb also my mouth so i went to the ER they did 2 syringes in my stomach of Aqua then they did one behind of diazepam i am a regular smoker and i wanted to smoke could i? If i cant should i buy a no nicotine pack?
Female | 16
The numbness of hands, feet, and mouth is the result of decreased blood flow in panic attacks. The effect of smoking on the body can make people suffer from panic attacks. Given the fact that you were prescribed diazepam at the ER, smoking might hurt it. Stay away from smoking as it is better for you. If you are in bad shape and have to, you can try a no-nicotine pack.

Why I am feeling anxious and dizziness . Sometimes feel like cannot breathe fully
Male | 21
Feeling anxious, dizzy, and having trouble breathing happens when you're stressed, having a panic attack, or low iron. Slow breaths help. Talk to someone. Try relaxation exercises - breathe deep. Eat well, sleep lots. If it persists, tell someone you trust or see a psychiatrist.

I have been taking paliperidone for the past month. I have been out of it for a couple days so I decided to take some Seroquel to help with the voices and whatnot that I have been hearing. Is there any need to be concerned about the drug interactions if I haven't had any paliperidone I close to 48 hours?
Male | 37
Switching between medicines like paliperidone and Seroquel is tricky. Even if time passed since your last paliperidone dose, drug interactions may happen. Mixing them risks dizziness, drowsiness, and uneven heartbeats. Consulting your doctor for personalized advice is wise.
