If you are enduring the pain of a headache and overthinking while studying, it is vital to attend to the root issue. I advise you to refer to a neurologist to exclude possible medical problems of headache origin. As well, you can try to get support from the mental health professionals, like psychiatrists, who can show you how to manage your tendency to overthink and develop the necessary discipline and consistency in studies.

So, i took a 30mg codeine tablet. Then 5 minutes later i forgot i had taken it. So took another. So iv taken 60mg in 1sitting. Will i be ok. Im 33 weigh about 10st4. Relatively mind strong. I was just curios

Male | 34

If you take 60mg of codeine all at once, it is more likely to cause some side effects. One of the side effects is that you may become very sleepy, feel dizzy, or have problems with breathing. Whenever a medicine reaction like the one described here happens, it is best to remain calm and save your life without increasing the doses further. In addition, it is recommended to stay hydrated, sit down, and be observant of the body's feelings for possible encounters.

I’m 24 yr having anxiety and feeling low pls tell how to treat it

Female | 24

Being upset and worried is hard to bear. These emotions are largely due to stress or life changes attributed to many causes. Some of the signs are constant worrying, being afraid, or a disturbed sleep schedule. So, talk to a person, like a friend, or a family member. After that, engaging yourself in activities you prefer and getting enough sleep can help.

I'm 26 year old and male. I've a some issues, if i saw something bad or nasty things like shit or dirt or smell stink i use to spit for something and i feel the stink inside me whenever I don't do vomit. Plz help me. What should i do. Is it any major problem.

Male | 26

You may have a gag reflex. This happens when your body is more sensitive to certain things you see, smell, or taste. It isn’t usually serious but it can be unpleasant. Try to steer clear of anything that makes you feel like this. If it won’t go away and bothers you, too, it might help to speak with a doctor about how to handle it.

No, Xanax is not safe for the age of 14. Xanax is a highly-addictive drug and doctors prescribe only for anxiety or panic disorders in an adult.

I am using inderal 10mg twice and escitalophram 10 mg daily for anxiety from last 1 year.. Now i am good last time doctor said that we will reduce yout dose and then gradually quit this medication. Now iam far away from city and cannot go there kindly suggest me how to reduce dose

Male | 22

I advise against abruptly discontinuing any medication without consulting your doctor, especially when managing anxiety. Abruptly stopping drugs such as Inderal and Escitalopram can lead to serious withdrawal symptoms. It is preferable to seek guidance from a psychiatrist or mental health specialist for a proper tapering schedule to minimize potential adverse effects. It's crucial to follow your doctor's instructions and regularly update them about your condition.

I need a dermatologist and psychologist

Female | 22

You seem to have complaints about skin problems and at the same time you are a little down. Your skin could make you overwhelmed and that's the feeling that can backfire on your skin. One of the ways of discovery of the actual cause of the skin disorder is the dermatological examination, which could be identified as an allergy or an infection. Seeing a psychologist can help you control your stress and feel better too thus inducing favorable skin condition too. Trust me, getting both addressed can make a big difference.

Sometimes I feel heavy hearted and my mind wanders sometimes, I am not calm and steady, my memory is also a little weak, I forget things often and I face difficulty in working anywhere. I have to listen to the scoldings of my boss.

Male | 26

Thank you for sharing how you’re feeling. It sounds like you’ve been under a lot of emotional and mental strain lately, which is affecting different areas of your life, including work and memory. It’s important to know that these challenges can often be linked to underlying stress, anxiety, or even lifestyle factors like sleep, diet, and workload. Consider taking some time to reflect on your daily routine and how manageable it feels. Are you getting enough rest? Are you giving yourself moments to pause and recharge? It may also help to talk to a psychologist or counselor who can guide you in understanding these emotions and their root causes. Therapy can offer practical ways to manage stress and regain balance, improving not just your focus but also your overall sense of well-being. You don’t have to navigate this alone—help is available, and reaching out is a great first step.

I have been taking paliperidone for the past month. I have been out of it for a couple days so I decided to take some Seroquel to help with the voices and whatnot that I have been hearing. Is there any need to be concerned about the drug interactions if I haven't had any paliperidone I close to 48 hours?

Male | 37

Switching between medicines like paliperidone and Seroquel is tricky. Even if time passed since your last paliperidone dose, drug interactions may happen. Mixing them risks dizziness, drowsiness, and uneven heartbeats. Consulting your doctor for personalized advice is wise.

Hello doctor i have always headache and laziness i tried of my liife please help me to out of darkness life to live life happily because life is very short and my age is 25 I wasted four to five years of my life doing nothing and when I remember them every time, why did I waste those four to five years now I have not got a degree and I don't have any such good skills. I can earn good money. And secondly, the tension of my family is always in my mind, these things are always going around in my mind because my family environment is very disturbed and nothing is going right here. And every time I'm stressed I always have depression

Male | 25

This could be due to stress, not enough sleep, bad eating habits, or maybe even depression. The best thing to do is take care of yourself by getting enough rest each night; exercising regularly will also help keep your energy levels up throughout the day. Healthy food can improve mood swings associated with this condition. You’re still young so don’t worry too much.

I am 36 years old, doing night shift work tobearn money from last few years, pure veg,no egg ,no fish non drinker non smoker, unable to sleep properly and some time anxiety occurs.

Male | 36

This might be that the night shifts have disturbed your body's internal clock, which can lead to sleeplessness. The lack of sleep can also be a contributing factor to anxiety. Try to make a sleep schedule and stick to it, avoid caffeine and screens before bed, and relax your mind with deep breathing or gentle music before going to sleep.
