The fear or anxiety related to time or the passage of time can make it challenging to focus on studying and other tasks. To cope up., break your study sessions into smaller, clear goals, set a regular study schedule, and use time management techniques. Practice relaxation and limit distractions.

I can't sleep properly. It's about 2 weeks I am facing this issue.

Female | 26

For the last two weeks, having difficulty getting to sleep or sticking to sleep could be a symptom of insomnia. This can be brought about by stress, worries, or even eating habits. Try setting a bedtime schedule, for example, going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. Say no to the stimulant beverage and technology before night's sleep. If this doesn't help, it's best to speak with your doctor.

I haven't been feeling the effects of drugs like caffeine, codeine or nicotine for some time now and it's concerning me. I was put onto risperidone and propranolol for seven months before this started happening. Could you help me determine the cause?

Male | 20

It's true that these medications can sometimes influence your body's reaction to caffeine, codeine, or nicotine. There's a chance these drugs are altering your responses. The wisest step would be discussing your concerns with a healthcare professional. They'll help decide the ideal approach for your situation.

Hello, I am 30 years old. I have been suffering from panic attacks, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder for 7 years. I went to a psychologist, looked at my condition and prescribed medications. Medication: Velaxin twice a day, half a tablet of Abizol, zolomax 2/1 tablet, 1 tablet after 3 days. I take these medications. I'm afraid to use it. I went to a heart doctor and he examined me and said my heart was healthy. What I want to ask you is, do these drugs harm people?

Kişi | 30

It’s totally okay to feel worried about the medications you’ve been given. Velaxin is for anxiety and panic attacks, Abizol and Zolomax are for anxiety and OCD. These drugs are generally safe when used correctly but can cause dizziness or drowsiness as common side effects. You must follow your doctor’s orders and tell them if anything strange is happening to you.

I am 12 years old and i took valerian to sleep and ive been feeling anxious drowsy and been having insomnia ive lost my appetite too please tell me a way how to fix it at home

Male | 12

The use of valerian can lead to side effects such as anxiety, drowsiness, and insomnia. Also, a loss of appetite is a usual issue. To make it easier, drink a lot of water, eat light meals, and engage in calm activities like walking. Being careful not to take any more valerian is important. You will feel better shortly if you rest and take care of yourself.

Can vyvanse make you unrecognizable/burn your skin? I got psychosis after abusing vyvanse and I've been told in person countless times I look good after psychosis and think so too.

Male | 27

Vyvanse is a pill used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) as well as binge eating disorder. Along with this, any type of inaccurate or excessive use of the medication may lead to psychosis among people.

I'm 26 year old and male. I've a some issues, if i saw something bad or nasty things like shit or dirt or smell stink i use to spit for something and i feel the stink inside me whenever I don't do vomit. Plz help me. What should i do. Is it any major problem.

Male | 26

You may have a gag reflex. This happens when your body is more sensitive to certain things you see, smell, or taste. It isn’t usually serious but it can be unpleasant. Try to steer clear of anything that makes you feel like this. If it won’t go away and bothers you, too, it might help to speak with a doctor about how to handle it.

What would happen if I take 3 yellow betapam pills at once

Female | 19

Taking 3 yellow betapam pills at once is extremely risky. Betapam treats anxiety disorders. But overdosing can induce severe dizziness, excessive sleepiness, and dangerously slowed breathing – a serious overdose situation requiring urgent medical attention. Never exceed your doctor's recommended dosage.

can i take propranolol before parachuiting

Male | 24

I would think twice before using propranolol before parachuting. The reason for my concern is that propranolol can slow down heart rate as well as blood pressure levels. Quick blood flow is necessary for sufficient oxygen transportation in the body since parachuting involves falling from a high altitude. Taking propranolol might lead to feeling faint or light-headed. This could be highly unsafe while engaging in such an activity. Therefore, refraining from using this drug before going skydiving would be best.

My cousin is suffering from schizophrenia. He used to have severe headaches, personality changes and he hear voices. He only use paracetamol for headaches but no cure. Please prescribe me medicine for headache.

Male | 18

It is of no less than significant to note that the problem of headache can be professionally diagnosed not only due to the lack of sleep but also the fact of day-to-day stress, or the emotional malaise. Lymph node noise is one of many common signs occurring both in the relative and a person undergoing the same condition. Schizophrenics may experience headaches. The use of paracetamol won't solve the question as the case is deeper. It's always a good idea to visit a physician to be treated correctly.

It seems like anxiety may be the cause. Feeling nervous or troubled happens. Your breathing gets tough. Anxiety arises from stress. Or it could stem from genes. Some medical issues can lead to it too. But you can manage through techniques like relaxation. Regular exercise helps.
