Hi, I am feeling dizzy and unwell in the night and also making more scary feeling while I close my eyes.

Female | 23

Vertigo has several different reasons for its appearance and it is especially hard to deal with the sleepless nights, dehydration or anxious feelings one has. Close your eyes and let yourself feel the sensations more deeply. To minimize the discomfort, it is advisable to drink enough water and implement breathing practices for tension relief which will help you feel more relaxed. It is in addition very important to keep on a regular schedule of sleep. Nevertheless, if the symptoms remain or become worse, I think it would be a good idea to consult a medical professional for a comprehensive evaluation.

Male | 22

It’s important to talk to a specialist like a psychiatrist if you believe you have ADHD. They can properly assess your symptoms and guide you through the right steps for diagnosis and treatment. Even if you’re not comfortable going to your GP, a psychiatrist is the best person to help with ADHD concerns.

Female | 22

The situation you describe may indicate that you are suffering from a panic attack. Cold sweats, cold feet, chest pain, fear of dying, nausea, and coughing can be the accompanying symptoms. Panic attacks may result from stress, anxiety, or even a medical condition. Among the ways of handling a panic attack are deep breathing, concentrating on relaxing thoughts, and talking to a trustworthy person.

Male | 30

If you're struggling with forgetfulness and shyness, there are some general strategies you can try. To improve memory, break information into smaller chunks, use visual aids, and establish routines. Overcoming shyness involves starting with small steps, practicing self-acceptance, seeking support, gradual exposure to social situations. You may consult a psychologist or a therapist as well for overcoming social anxiety and improving self-confidence

I have recently increased my anixety & nervousness....and I have suffered from emotional break...

Female | 29

Experiencing symptoms like a rapid heartbeat, restlessness, or difficulty concentrating can be the usual picture during these times. Very stressful life events, changes in one's life situation, or circumstances that are too much to handle can be some of the reasons behind it. Reducing stress is easy to start with by taking time out to focus on handling what makes you feel unwell. This can be done by following relaxation methods like the abdominal breathing procedure and the inclusion of mindfulness meditation in self-management, performing physical exercise, and keeping healthy sleep patterns. Speaking with a friend, family member, or other loved ones can be highly beneficial, too.

I am facing general depression issues , due to my stressed lifestyle at the moment. Do I need to speak with a psychiatrist?

Female | 50

One should consult a psychiatrist or counsellor for proper diagnosis and further treatment, i.e. you have depression or bipolar disorder, as treatment and outcome is different for both disorders, however let the psychiatrist decide what medications to take as per you r psychological condition, and have never personally used glutathione in bipolar.
