Hi doc , there is some hyperpigmentation on my ear cocha , but it been a years I have that in both ears

Female | 27

Some common causes of ear discoloration can be excessive sunlight, hormone modifications, or genetic conditions. It would be wise to have an appointment with the dermatologist so that a careful evaluation and diagnosis can be done. Sunlight exposure and sunscreen should be good enough to give suitable treatment options like topical creams or laser therapy to lighten the pigmentation.

Sir ye pochna tha mujy kamar ki side pe bada sa dana nilka kisi object sy takraya ta ab wo jaga phool gai a ek jafta ogya a ab nela ogya a pain ni ota pr kam ni o raha

This will then require a medical specialist to assess the swelling and find out what causes it. It is recommended to visit a dermatologist in such cases, who can detect and treat skin diseases. However, do not attempt self diagnosis

I just want to ask can i go to solarium today if i have a magnetic resonance in 2 days? i mean because of radiation, is it related or not allowed

Female | 21

It is not recommended to go to a solarium before your MRI scan, which is a tanning bed that is more powerful than a normal one. The rays from the solarium can affect how clear the scan will be sometimes. It’s like taking a picture with a dirty lens – things might not turn out sharp. If you are worried about anything, you should avoid the solarium and speak to your doctor about any further concerns.

What medication can I take to cure the infection (itchy rashes on my private part and yansh)?

Male | 20

A rash affecting your intimate areas may indicate a yeast or bacterial infection. This condition is widespread, so there's no need for embarrassment. For treatment, a doctor could recommend an antifungal cream or antibiotic ointment. Maintain cleanliness and dryness in the affected region. Wear loose-fitting garments. Refrain from scratching to expedite healing.

Hy good evening sir... My name is Rahif and I am currently working in saudi arabia... I am facing mouth irritation like small bumps under right side of my tounge ,they come and go away but not permanently from last some months also from last some days I am facing oral thrush, can you guide me please..

Male | 27

The little bumps under your tongue that appear and disappear might be swollen taste buds, which don’t pose any danger. Conversely, oral thrush is a result of yeast infection. This is quite widespread and can be cured with antifungal drugs that should be prescribed by a physician. Do not forget to brush your teeth regularly and to follow a balanced diet.
