Il est tout à fait naturel d’avoir des douleurs menstruelles, même si vos règles ne sont pas encore arrivées. Cette période de douleur représente les hauts et les bas que notre corps traverse avec les hormones à mesure qu'elles changent. Un bain chaud ou une poche d’eau chaude sur le ventre peuvent être utilisés pour soulager la douleur.
