Why is my heavy period lasting 7 days?
I am a girl of 14 yrs i am having my periods fir 4th time and my periods are of 7days and the flow is heavy

It's not a big deal if I lose lots of blood or if it lasts up to seven days. But there are times when I feel exhausted and get cramps, that’s because my body is adapting. I need to drink more water, eat enough food, and have some rest. Suppose this bleeding continues, then you should reach an adult whom you trust. They can take you to a gynecologist for further information.
