He is infected of perenial fistula. And for years ,almost 9 surgeries was operated for him. And his colonscopy result before 1 and half year said normal. But now when MRI is taken ,shows some small tumors and may be T4N1MX adenocarcinoma cancer IS created but the other results like colonoscopy says normal , biopsy result says non diagnostic, CT SCAN result says it is better for him to take the test after 6 months, the blood test says normal and other organs like kidney, liver...are all normal. He has normal medical result apart from the cancer and now he is taking chemiotherapy treatment so what shall I do

When you have adenocarcinoma, you must stick to the treatment plan your doctor gives you. Chemotherapy is used often for treating this type of cancer. Just try to follow the treatment schedule, eat well, and get enough rest.

Hello Sir, I am from Ludhiana. My masi had gone through breast cancer operation and chemotherapy quite a few years (7 years) back from Apollo hospital, Chennai. Since then she often falls sick (feels weak, drowsy throughout the day, bad taste) all of a sudden once in 4-6 months and then again normal. We did many tests but nothing was diagnosed and there was no sign of cancer. We want to know if it is an after effect of chemotherapy and guide how to go through with this. She is now 56.
Yes some side effects of chemotherapy following breast surgery are weakness, drowsiness and altered taste. Proper nutrition and sufficient fluid intake is of utmost importance. You need to visit oncologist for any medication for that will help her in minimizing the side effects.

Hi doctor I'm poojashree...one of my friend has a stomach cancer...in the 2nd stage...it's curable...what we have to do for it...
Male | 23
The second stage of stomach cancer is very much treatable. Common signs can be constant stomach pain, not intended weight loss, and indigestion. Among the triggers are smoking, eating processed foods, and family history. Options for therapy can consist of both a surgical procedure, chemotherapy, and, indeed, radiation. Fully implement the oncologist's advice, to increase the possibility of the final recovery.

my uncle had scc on left lateral border of tongue and underwent widelocal excision and adj chemo and radio but with in 9 months it was reoccured in the opp field @ right lateral border of the tongue can please suggest me the further treatment plan and etiology/ cause for the reoccurrence kindly
Male | 47
Your uncle's situation with recurrent squamous cell carcinoma on the opposite side of his tongue is difficult. Treating this type of cancer again can involve surgery, radiation therapy, or combining both approaches. The reason for recurrence often stems from remaining cancerous cells left behind after initial surgery. Your uncle must consult his oncologist about subsequent treatment options available.

I m 21 years old female my left nipples always cracks and peels out and little blood flesh which has come out of nipples is seen I m very tensed I have consulated two doctors they oitment is still thing from three years
Female | 21
If the cracking of nipple is not responding to ointment what needs to be ruled out is a Paget's disease of the nipple. This requires a clinical examination by a breast surgeon and he or she can guide you further on the same.

Male | 44
Cancer on the tonsil, spreading to your tongue and gum, is serious. With G2 stage cancer, treatment is crucial for survival. Treatment options may involve surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy combined. The aim is removing cancer cells and preventing further spread. Your treatment plan depends on specific details of your case and overall health condition. Discuss thoroughly with your oncologist to determine the best approach. Early detection and appropriate treatment increase chances of recovery significantly.

Hello, my mother is suffering from T-cell lymphoma stage 3. Is it curable?
As per my understanding your mother is suffering from T-cell lymphoma stage 3. As per literature the survival rate for lymphoma stage III, is of 5 years in 83% of patients. But still she needs to be under observation of an oncologist. Further investigations, treatment all depends on her general condition and stage and type of cancer. Routine cytology with PET scans, and others may be required. But line of investigations is all planned according to patient's response to treatment and doctor's decision. It varies from case to case. Consult an oncologist. You may check this link and get in touch with experts having relevant qualifications - 10 Best Oncologist In India.

Dr. Akash Dhuru.
I'm 52 years old and have stopped periods since December 2019. Three years ago, I had left breast pain. I consulted a clinic and everything turned out well after mammograms and other procedures. Now after three years I'm still getting the pain and some discomfort in the left breast. I spoke with my usual doctor, but she advised me to visit a breast clinic. She believes it is hormonal but just wants to ensure. Is it possible that this type of breast pain is caused by cancer? I am pretty anxious now and searching on google made me more restless. Is it common in women or something terrible?
Post menopause (after periods) in females may cause many hormonal imbalances which cause pain in breasts, pain in stomach and some discomfort. But a regular check up of breast, PAP smears and ultrasonography investigations at regular intervals is mandatory to check and catch any disorder or disease in early stage. Only after a thorough investigation we can rule out and cancers. For more information you can visit nearest oncologist.
