In very early cancers I.e stage 1 mucosal - just an excision from inside the stomach is needed. It can be done endoscopically without any sutures or scars. However if it is slightly advanced, then the surgery will be a bit complex as he already has undergone surgery for the esophagus. However if the disease is limited, he should definitely undergo treatment for the stomach cancer .

Chemotherapy and radiation therapy can cause difficulty swallowing and mouth sores, making it hard to eat solid foods. Sticking to liquid foods can help you recover slowly, and you can reintroduce solid foods once your throat heals.

Stage 4 melanoma skin cancer means the disease has moved to other body parts. You may notice weird moles, spots that change, and feel unwell. Too much sunlight exposure causes it. Treatments like surgery, chemo, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy help. But survival rates rise by listening to your oncologist and checking regularly.

I would suggest that you consult medical expert in the field of breast health or oncology for further diagnostics. There may be a swollen lymph node, an infection or benign growth in your left armpit and these all should not have malignancy. Don’t wait and visit your doctor immediately.

As per my understanding you are enquiring about stomach cancer. The treatments available for it are surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy. Treatment options depend on several factors including age of the patient, the type and stage of cancer, possible side effects, and the patient's preferences as well as overall health. CA 125 can be high in the blood which sometimes shows the presence of ovarian cancer in the body. Special cases when cysts are related to this cancer. The patient might feel bloated, have pain in the pelvis area, and experience problems with eating. It is necessary to get rid of the ovaries and uterus so that the cancer does not get worse. Relaxing more won't make any difference as the surgery will remain necessary. However, it would be best if you stick to the doctor's advice to get the preferred results.

In my opinion, there are other options apart from surgery, they should be tried and surgical options can wait till a later stage.
She needs a stage-wise diagnosis and treatment which may include CT scan or PET CT.
But with virtual platform, it's highly possible that some important detail pertaining to your mother's course of treatment could have been overlooked.
If the surgery has been performed by now and she doesn't present with severe symptoms that are difficult to handle, then things may have worked, but if her condition is critical, then we will advise you to reach out to other specialists - Oncologists In India.

Hello Mithun, Surgery is the main treatment for DCIS. The most common type of breast cancer is ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS), indicating the cancer cell growth starts in the milk ducts. The goal of therapy for DCIS is to prevent the development of invasive breast cancer. Therapeutic approaches include surgery, radiation therapy, and adjuvant endocrine therapy. Patients with DCIS undergo local treatment with breast-conserving therapy (BCT) or mastectomy. BCT consists of lumpectomy (also called breast-conserving surgery, wide excision, or partial mastectomy) followed in most cases by adjuvant radiation. Patients found to have invasive or micro-invasive disease at surgery should be managed accordingly. Although mastectomy achieves excellent long-term survival with a local recurrence rate on the order of 1 per cent, it provides overly aggressive treatment for many women. BCT has less morbidity but is associated with a higher risk of local recurrence. Hormone therapy and radiation therapy are adjuvant therapies if considered. Consult an oncologist for further guidance - Best Oncologist In India. Hope my answer helps you.

It seems to be significant what the radiation level of each image test should be. The level of radiation from the tests you have been given is most likely safe, but don't expose yourself more than is necessary. It is advisable to see a specialist like a radiologist or oncologist if you have any worries and to take the best action.

Complex ovarian cysts can have a risk of malignancy and usually require monitoring. Whether to undergo oophorectomy or hysterectomy should be based on the characteristics of the cyst, overall health, and personal preferences. You must consider what your doctor suggests.
