Male | 33
Severe back pain may indicate different conditions that can be causing the pain. According to x-ray reports, you have a case of LV5 & LV2 and the anterior part of LV2 is going through wedge shape deformation. This tells me you have probably some vertebrae problems that need to be checked out by a spine expert. Print We recommend you make an appointment with a spinal surgeon.

At the of ejaculation my head both side start severe pain....it is a major problem
Male | 45
Pain on both sides of your head after ejaculation could signify post-coital headache. This moderate to intense pain's exact cause remains unclear. However, it may link to altered blood flow or pressure. Stay hydrated, avoid strenuous sexual activity, and try relaxation techniques to manage it. But if pain persists or worsens, consulting a neurologist becomes crucial for evaluation and proper guidance.

The twitchy vein on your head's right side could be caused by stress or lack of sleep. Too much caffeine might also make it happen. Eye strain and being dehydrated are other possible reasons for twitching veins. Be sure to drink enough water, get proper rest, and try reducing stress levels. Headaches can arise from various factors including tension, dehydration, or lack of sleep. Common signs include dull or sharp pain, sensitivity to light, or nausea. To alleviate discomfort, ensure you're well-hydrated, maintain a regular sleep schedule, and practice relaxation techniques. Over-the-counter pain relievers may also help. I was twitching all night and when I was awake too and that never happened before. Took magnesium but that did not help. Now still feeling like I am about to twitch again like electricity running through my body
Female | 27
Muscle twitches occur for varying reasons. Stress, lack of sleep, or excessive caffeine intake can trigger them. Alternatively, vitamin deficiencies may be the culprit. Since magnesium didn't alleviate your symptoms, trying other supplements or consulting a neurologist might be beneficial. Additionally, ensuring adequate hydration and rest could potentially mitigate the twitching.

I am suffering from 20 years headache and vomiting .Now I am taking medicine with my psychiatrist phycian. Some time I feel batter after taking medicine and some time I feel bad.
Female | 43
It is possible to have headaches and nausea coming from different causes such as stress, tension, or medical disorders that are hidden. The likelihood that your pain changes with medicine implies that either the dose or the type needs to be altered. I recommend you communicate constantly with your psychiatrist to manage the problem efficiently. Keeping a symptom diary is one way to determine the patterns and triggers. Alternatively, try mind-body exercises or changes in lifestyle as they will undoubtedly help to get relief. You can consult a neurologist for advice.

Progressive myelopathy with no medication available has been diagnosed by a Neurologist. What are the options available for the treatment?
Bracing, physical therapy and medication are treatments for mild myelopathy and mainly reduce pain, allowing you to return to your daily activities. Nonsurgical treatment does not remove the compression. Spinal decompression surgery is a generally preferred treatment for myelopathy to relieve pressure on the spinal cord. A surgery can also be used to remove bone spurs or herniated discs if they are the cause of myelopathy. For advanced myelopathy caused by stenosis, a surgical procedure to increase the channel space of your spinal cord (laminoplasty) recommended. Consult a spinal surgeon - Spinal Surgery doctors in Mumbai, you can also search for a different city.

Male | 77
Sounds like your dad might have something called Parkinson’s. This makes hands and legs shake a lot and causes problems controlling when you have to pee. What happens is certain cells in his brain stop working right. A neurologist can give him drugs or teach him exercises to help with these things.
