Why Do I have dog scratch with no symptoms?
1 month ago a pet dog scratched me after washing the area with soap there is no mark, redness etc till now so I don't have to worry right

No mark or redness from that dog scratch seems good. But pet scratches sometimes let bacteria get in the skin. Look out if it swells up, hurts, or oozes pus. For now, keep washing it clean with soap and water. But if those issues pop up, get medical advice from a dermatologist.

You can start by using a benzoyl peroxide facewash.
