Your symptoms sound like athlete’s foot and toenail fungus. An athlete’s foot can cause your nails to turn yellow, make the skin on your feet peel off, and make your toes hurt. The fungus that leads to athlete’s foot loves warm, damp areas – like sweaty feet. You can use over-the-counter antifungal creams on your skin and nails to treat it. Also, try to keep your feet clean and dry so they are less appealing to the fungus.

Which sunscreen is best for normal sensitive skin ?

Female | 25

For normal sensitive skin requires a sunscreen that has a broad spectrum with at least SPF level 30. Avoid products with chemical like benzophenones and camphor because they may cause skin irritation. Consult with a dermatologist for a personalized recommendation as per your skin type and condition

Want best Fever lip blisters ointment. Don't want to eat medicine. I'm pregnant.

Female | 40

If you happen to have a high fever with lip blisters and during pregnancy you can't use medicine, rest easy. These come from a virus mostly. Try petroleum jelly ointments or aloe vera to help in wound healing and to keep the area moist. Also, press a cold pack a couple of times a day. Don't forget to drink lots of water and have enough sleep for the body to strengthen and overpower the virus.

I am 21 years old and I have severe dandruff and itchy scalp . I used many anti dandruff shampoos but no use.

Male | 21

A common cause of dandruff is yeast which lives on everybody’s skin. Sometimes, if you’re using certain shampoos and they’re not working it’s possibly because your scalp needs something else. Try shampoo with an ingredient such as ketoconazole or salicylic acid in it and be sure to massage this into your head. Doing so should help decrease both the amount of flakes produced by the dandruff and also provide relief from irritation caused by dryness.

I am suffering from a postpartum hair fall issue. What should I do?

Female | 30

Up to 50% of new moms suffer from normal postpartum hair loss due to such hormonal shifts. It typically spikes around 4-5 months and subsides in a period between six to twelve months. Pay attention to general health, softer hair washing and scalp massage. If hair loss is heavy, prolonged, or associated with scalp problems then it’s advised to see a dermatologist. You are not the only one, and your hair will likely be back to normal!
