Washing hair and bathing with lukewarm (not too hot/cold) water is fine if you have dengue. Three days without fever or pain might mean you're improving. High fever, awful muscle/joint aches, rashes - typical dengue signs. Rest up, hydrate, and check with a doctor if concerned.

Is it okay to lift weights if I have benign breast lumps?
Female | 20
You can lift weights if you have benign breast lumps. Be careful, though, and pay attention to how your body feels. Benign breast lumps usually aren't dangerous. They can happen because of hormone changes, fibrocystic changes, or cysts. However, heavy lifting might make the lump area uncomfortable or painful. If that happens, stop lifting right away. Talk to your doctor for advice on what to do next.

Dear Sir / Mam, On Saturday evening my cat scratch on my hand it bleeds but last seven months ago I have already vaccinated myself should I retake rabies vaccine this time.
Male | 24
If a cat started to bite you and there is an exposure, remember that it's so important to immediately wash it with water and soap and after that call the doctor. If the wound looks like it's getting infected, not only to run a rabies test would be safer but also for the welfare of other's rabies treatments might be needed. On the other hand, you may not need to retake the rabies vaccine, but still it is better to keep watching the wound and ask for medical advice if necessary.
